MegaShop is a very attractive and useful WordPress template that is able to serve the purposes of any web shop. It provides a variety of functions which are necessary for creation and handling of your shop.
General Features
With the help of the Configurator module, MegaShop assists you in making your shop and selecting the colors that you want easily. The theme is multilingual including banners, custom texts and other design elements. The theme is built on the reliable bootstrap framework and has incorporated Google material icons in responsive design for use in smartphones and Tablets. It has support for Google rich snippets that help display the products on the search engines more attractively. The theme comes even with documentation for users which does not touch on modification of the core files.
Header Features
The header section has space provided where promotional messages are placed on MegaShop includes, custom texts for promotions or special offers, – a search for general products using the fast Ajax Search system – a Vertical Mega Menu organized by Categories. There is a focus on the anagenesis of the menu for mobile and table usage. The Ajax cart feature makes removing products from the cart as well as checkout faster. There is also an additional upper menu which is meant for placing purposive links.
Home Page Features The home page comprises an animated slider that acts as a linkage to any page, category, or product. There is the possibility to make the adding of endless banner(s) for the purpose of promotion or any offer. On Sale, Featured and New products blocks are there, as well as some carousels of products from specific categories and brands. There is a pop up notification for added items in the cart, and there is also a Custom HTML content module available for additional usability.
Category Page Features The category page includes a sub-categories image carousel, a product search filter for efficient finding of products, and a product arranging feature based on their cost, title, or reference.
Product Page Features In the product page, MegaShop provides a Fancybox for enlargement of product images which can make use of almost any shape rectangular or square. Countdown modules are provided for the newly launched up for sale products and the a Wishlist module. So that a user can find products on feminine touch, products may be a way that can be shared in famous social sites and add some html content. Beside that, the additional modules enable you to add videos, documents, and other information which would best illustrate your product. The page also has product feedback, related items slider, and cross-selling products slider.
Footer Features Description.
Custom texts with icons, an Information block module, a Custom block module, a Contact Us module, and a Newsletter subscription module are included in the footer section. It also contains copyright texts and images of payment options.
Note
Regarding all the banners, product image, and sample data used in the live preview at the top it is just for demonstration purposes and are not part of the theme package. The theme design could break in RTL languages which are Arabic Hebrew Urdu etc and this should be fixed by the buyer.
I bought your expensive theme with 6 month service now you are telling that simple demo content is not available. It’s really unfortunate. The theme is simple, and needs some level of knowledge to understand everything. But the support is fast and professional, thanks!
The support is great. If you want to change something in the theme, Templatin gives you the same day an answer and maybe direct a solution. Very fast and good support! Very nice and great design. I would always buy something again.
Great theme but some key features (Blog, Product Reviews, & Wishlist) and some smaller features (Grid & List view, Rollover images) are “not available for PS 1.7” (yet). So the 1.7-version of this theme is crippled at the moment. Seller has ‘planned’ to release those features in the future but I’m not aware of an expected release date. Seller is very responsive and the available features are completely working as expected so when all features are in place my rating would be 5 stars!

To update the template I have to uninstall and reinstall the template and the modules and therefore all the data entered is lost and the texts must be reconfigured and rewritten.
I had some problems with the installation but I contacted the creator of the theme and he immediately solved my problem, highly recommended theme.

When I first went to install Mega Shop, I did it all wrong. You need to open the folder and download the Mega Shop Zip File. You can then upload it to the server. Mega Shop is now working perfectly, and I am pleased. The people who wrote this respond to email, so not to worry if you have a question—Mega Shop will answer and even help you fix all issues.
