I bought your expensive theme with 6 month service now you are telling that simple demo content is not available. It’s really unfortunate. The theme is simple, and needs some level of knowledge to understand everything. But the support is fast and professional, thanks!
The support is great. If you want to change something in the theme, Templatin gives you the same day an answer and maybe direct a solution. Very fast and good support! Very nice and great design. I would always buy something again.
Great theme but some key features (Blog, Product Reviews, & Wishlist) and some smaller features (Grid & List view, Rollover images) are “not available for PS 1.7” (yet). So the 1.7-version of this theme is crippled at the moment. Seller has ‘planned’ to release those features in the future but I’m not aware of an expected release date. Seller is very responsive and the available features are completely working as expected so when all features are in place my rating would be 5 stars!
Ottimo supporto, sono stati molto disponibili e hanno risposto molto velocemente ad ogni mia domanda.
A very good template and easy to set up. The service of super fast help in solving the problems of the installation and with the problems of the modules. In a few hours two problems solved in my installation. Thank you very much Priyank, if you take care of the customers.
Very good and fast support, it is a pleasure to use this theme. Simple, clean and effective style.
Very happy with the theme, the person is very professional and attentive to small problems and settings for the site that are very quickly settled and well settled. I highly recommend.
To update the template I have to uninstall and reinstall the template and the modules and therefore all the data entered is lost and the texts must be reconfigured and rewritten.
I had some problems with the installation but I contacted the creator of the theme and he immediately solved my problem, highly recommended theme.
A wonderful template. Easy to set up, great design! A few minutes to install and I’m already filling the store.
Very good, fast and well-coded theme and the author is extremely helpful if you run into any trouble. Support has been A++, fixes things within one day. Would recommend 5/5.
I was unsure when buying, but after I bought it I was delighted and very satisfied with the support. The staff is very helpful, responds very quickly, made the changes I needed, and helped me a lot. I indicated for my client’s website and will use it for my new clients. Congratulations.
When I first went to install Mega Shop, I did it all wrong. You need to open the folder and download the Mega Shop Zip File. You can then upload it to the server. Mega Shop is now working perfectly, and I am pleased. The people who wrote this respond to email, so not to worry if you have a question—Mega Shop will answer and even help you fix all issues.
Look no further for your theme! Customer Support was kind and fast. Any questions I had were resolved within 24 hours. This theme is exactly as promised! It is responsive, friendly to all browsers, and very fast. I recommend it.
I like it very much. When I installed the theme, there was some trouble, but fortunately, the author helped me solve it. Thank you very much.
I wrote to customer support thinking there was a problem with the theme, but the support guy found the problem, which was actually my mistake with setting up Prestashop. He fixed it and was very quick about it. I’m extremely satisfied with him not just saying it’s not a theme problem. The support is worth 6 stars out of 5!
This theme has a lot of great features, one of the best themes in this category!
