Photo and Fitness: Negative Inspiration
The Athlete theme is created with an extremely active and up-to-date psyche in mind. This way, the template suits the needs of gyms, sports centers, boxing and fitness clubs. It is obvious from the description provided above that this striking theme will be very engaging for users and make fitness businesses extremely active online.
Seven Homepage Versions
One of the best features of this theme is that there are seven unique homepage versions (one of them is a one-page version). Thus, the user will be able to choose the homepage version that suits his needs the most. This way, the user will be encouraged to use each homepage design differently, so he will not get used to any particular version.
Adding Plugins Has Never Been This Easy
As mentioned earlier, this template integrates well with many necessary plugins. Moreover, the theme comes with a WooCommerce plugin that provides ecommerce functionality. Thus, you will be able to sell your goods right there on your website. Another useful plugin for fitness websites is a fitness class schedule and trainer availability plugin, which helps to organize classes for your clients. The event management plugin will help to create and promote events.
Powerful and User-Friendly Page Builder
Finally, the template features an awesome page builder and one-click demo importer plugin. The idea here is to provide users with the possibility to design their web pages themselves without having to know any programming language. With the help of the tools provided, you will be able to create a professional-looking website.
Free Premium Plugins
In case you use the Athlete theme, you will get access to some premium plugins, which are really a nice thing to have. In such a way, you can save your money and have a free Visual Composer plugin, Master Slider plugin and even free PSD files. However, there is one thing that has to be said about those plugins – they do not sell your images but only improve the functionality and the overall appearance of your website.
Responsiveness and Speed
It is safe to say that the given theme is cross-browser and that is why all websites that use this theme will be able to be opened via the Internet using any web browser and even mobile devices. Moreover, it has fast loading times so that you can be sure that the users will be satisfied with the speed and enjoy their stay there. It is essential because it makes the users stay on your website for longer.
Customization Options
It is also good to know that you have many possibilities when it comes to customizing your website. Thus, you can set up as many colors as you like, there are two types of layouts – boxed and full width – and there are three post layout options. What is more important, there is a live customizer where you can do everything in preview mode so that you can see every change instantly.
Rich Typography and Iconography
It is also interesting to know that the Athlete theme gives you access to more than 600 Google fonts and Font Awesome icons. In this way, you can make the site look more attractive to the users.
Compatibility & Updates
This template is suitable for use on all popular browsers including Chrome, Firefox, IE11, Safari and others. Moreover, Athlete’s developers constantly update the template so that it can fit the latest updates of WordPress and WooCommerce and be fixed to eliminate possible bugs and improve its performance.

Five years of using this theme, and it still never updates. I have to FTP it all the time. Always a lot of bugs – now with the newest WordPress Version, it is not usable for a live page. I gave 5 stars for this theme but after a recent problem with the WooCommerce official plugin for variable products, where you can’t have different pictures for different color products, I gave them 1 star. I waited for a month for their support to fix the problem; still, they didn’t do anything. Very disappointed for this great looking but terrible coded and low supported theme. Things don’t work well past the support date, and you need to renew licenses always. I have had the theme for a while, and it is very frustrating as you get everything working, and then it stops with a new problem.
Really nice looking theme and great support. Lucas gave us a hand with a problem on our end. Thanks!!
Great looking theme and great support when I ran into problems with demo data import. Many thanks.
Theme is really good, simple, easy to use and very well designed. The support has been the best so far; they helped us on everything we needed and solved all questions. Thanks!
The theme works without problems and you can adapt it to your needs. Some basic understandings of WordPress are necessary, but the customer support is amazing. Most of the time there was an answer within 1 day. Would buy this again.
This theme is awesome, It is so easy to customize. Great Customer support, proper flexibility of the theme and rocking design! Many thanks for this product and wish you to continue develop it with new features. 5 stars!
Great theme! Easy to use. Great documentation and fast support tickets. I really like that the demo content uploads when you install the theme. You don’t have to use wordpress importer, it is already there. Makes it so easy.
This theme is full of bugs and faults, with poor updates that crash the website. Needed plugins are always out of date and often do not work when updated. The support is nonexistent despite raising tickets, and responses are inadequate and delayed. Help documentation is really bad, making it difficult to use the theme effectively. Avoid at all costs.
This theme is very easy to use even if you don’t know much about coding. Their support team gave me a quick and accurate response to every problem I faced. Beautiful design, pretty intuitive setup with Visual Composer, and friendly customer support. Would definitely recommend! At first, I had trouble getting comprehensive help with my support issues, but more recently the support has been excellent. HuyKon has helped me massively with every request I have had. With other sellers, I’ve hit brick walls with requests and asked for more money to help with support issues. Not here! Highly recommend. This theme is great, my client is really happy with the result so far. This is a great-looking theme, with awesome features. The support is the fastest I have ever seen. You will make a great decision by buying this theme. Overall, this theme is one of the best I have worked with. The final results are stunning!
