The HomeID WordPress theme is made specially for real estate agencies; therefore, of course, it is the best. It helps one manage properties easily and efficiently by bringing tons of benefits.
Convenient Real Estate Plugin
The theme integrates the Essential Real Estate plugin that helps businesses do transactions worldwide and includes everything: development, market listing, and agent profiles. The plugin is very flexible, as it gives one the ability to change the entire look of the website and add new features according to any requests for enhancement. The best thing about this plugin is that one does not have to pay for using this amazing plugin, yet it has all advanced functionalities.
Fast And Simple Installation
This theme eliminates all the difficulties of installing another website by providing 8 preset home page demos. It allows downloading any number of demo contents in just minutes, and even setting up the entire website can be done within 10 seconds! Features like one-click install reduce the stress involved in setting up.
Premium Plugins Bundled
One of the great things about HomeID is that the WPBakery Page Builder plugin (that costs $64) comes with this theme. This page builder and ERE and HomeID shortcodes give all the possible freedom to control the layout of pages and posts.
Several Payment Options
At HomeID, there are 3 payment options: PayPal, Stripe and Wire Transfer. It supports free as well as paid submissions. Users are also able to make their own payment options, which makes things unique for each type of business.
Extensive Management Tool
This theme comes with an extensive Front End Listing Submission and Management system through which users can make, modify and manage their listings through the website frontend. Payments are a part of this system, where the profile and property listing management for agents and clients proves advanced.
Enhanced Search and Mapping Tools
HomeID shows strong mapping capabilities and comes with easily configurable drag-and-drop panels for customization. There are 3 map services: Google Maps, Mapbox and OpenStreetMap. There is also an address input field, location hints and inputs for nearby places.
Ability to Change the Look and Feel of the Website
The theme has been well designed to allow for extensive customization, including advanced typography and design controls. It has the ability to change general typography and the accent color that will be used across the site. In addition, all the sections of any of the areas, including Top Bar, Header and Footer, have been designed in such a way that they can be interacted with and customized separately.
All the Necessary Features
Apart from these, HomeID comes with various features including but not limited to social login, social sharing features, mortgage calculators, subscribe email listing alerts and others. There is support for multiple screen resolutions and devices, and both wide and boxed layouts are included. The theme does not include any type of supplements and is compatible with Google Fonts, Font Awesome Icons and allows custom CSS.
Wrap Up
HomeID is one of those WordPress themes that is necessary if you are in the real estate business; its functionality as ever. The features and the relatively easy configurability make this a great building with considerable opportunities for professional real estate agents who want to create a powerful website.
Basically, I love this theme, as it looks beautiful and most importantly it loads very fast compared to the similar ones. From the customizability standpoint, I found it very complicated to do what I intended to do, even after looking at the documentation, which is incomplete and lacks video tutorials. If you want to change the universal font on the theme, you have to go to each element of the website, which is not convenient at all. A lot of settings are scattered here and there, so you have to remember where on the Dashboard you changed something. I have been using WordPress for more than 10 years and by far this has the most complicated setup experience I have ever had.
I tried to change the mobile menu appearance to a drop-down one, but it was not possible. The support team was willing to do so, but they would charge $100 for that customization, which seems too much for that kind of request. For the support, based on my experience I had to wait for several hours up to a few days until my ticket was responded to by their team.
All in all, I am slightly happy with the purchase, but I think the team can do much better to deliver the level of product quality and service we expect. Bad documentation made it very difficult to install, and I needed to figure it out by myself. Missing a lot of resources for changing many things.
First, I wasn’t familiar with how to use it, but now I found it very easy and I recommend realtors and agents to buy this theme. Thank you G5Theme.
Lo volevo utilizzare per creare un sito di agenzia immobiliare per un mio cliente. Non esiste il plugin Essential Real Estate. Gettati al vento i miei euro 🙁
Warning !!!
I bought this theme 3 months ago. I wanted to create a real estate website that serves all of Türkiye. We have completed the city, district and neighborhood entries of our country. As a result, we entered nearly 60,000 data. The theme is almost inoperable due to slowdown. The administration panel has become almost inoperable due to slowdown. The support team said they couldn’t fix the problem. He said start the return process from Envato. We could neither get our return fee back nor the problem was solved. If you are going to enter loaded data into the theme, stay away. Tested on 4 different servers with this data density, the result is the same. They do not offer a solution, you give 60$ for nothing. Our 3 months wasted. The only action we do on the theme;
Province / State City / Town Neighborhood country
was to enter the above data. I am sharing a screenshot of some of the conversations of our support requests in the support panel with G5 in the link. Please either provide a solution or refund our fee.

The design is very good, but I’m still not satisfied with the appearance on the Single post. I hope the developer can maximize it again. Thanks.
The system lacks basic search functionality. For example, if you want to search for a house with 3 or more bedrooms, when you select 3 for bedrooms in the search form, it will only return properties with exactly 3 bedrooms, not those with 3 or more. This is the same for all fields, bathrooms, garages, and so on. This is a basic search function and is expected for such a search form for properties. We will be replacing the theme unfortunately. Very disappointed.
Good features, but to use images from external links you need to change some lines of code. But the support is helpful for this.
Great theme overall with quality design and good customer support but the response is quite slow. If any urgent situation you will experience problems. Plus the theme is not integrating with Elementor perfectly. Without demo data there are functions that do not work.
Great support and easy to customize. Theme is good and always updated. I love it.
The support of these guys is outstanding. They released an update of their theme in one day to fix issues for my language. Talented, experienced, polite, and fast—one of the best choices for your support!
I wanted to create a customized portal for real estate, and this plugin included most of the features I needed. This plugin saved my time and money. Customer support is very good; they solved most of my queries.
A complex theme, but the developer has been very patient and helped me through some tricky moments.
I ordered this theme and used it exactly as I wanted. When there was a problem I couldn’t fix, the G5Theme team was able to solve it perfectly. Thank you very much.
