User Friendly Design
As mentioned earlier, Konta is a WordPress theme that was developed specifically for builders and real estate companies. Apart from looking very good, the theme is also very practical. You can sit back and relax knowing that you have plenty of homepage options and that all of them are great for specialties like architects’, engineers’, or solar installer sites. In this situation, having a professional website does not take much design skill at all.
Responsiveness and Mobile Friendly
Another good thing about Konta WordPress is the theme’s responsiveness. It performs great on desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc. In addition, it works well in different web browsers such as Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Microsoft Edge. This means that no matter the screen size and the browser your visitor uses, your website is going to look great and perform well.
Elementor – Easy Customization
When developing the theme, Konta paid a lot of attention to Elementor – a drag and drop page builder platform used in themes. This will allow everyone on your team to customize how your website looks and acts without touching any code. There are many skins and over 173 unique Elementor Add-ons available. Plus, one-click demo import allows you to install templates for your website without having to create folders or upload files.
There Are Various Options That Can Be Customized
One of the advantages of the Konta theme is zoning. The colors of the header, navigation menu, buttons, and backgrounds can be customized by modifying them according to your particular brand. You can also design a website in a variety of languages to avoid language barriers. Some elements have both defaults and page builder options. As a result, you will manage to customize the website’s look entirely.
Compatibility with WooCommerce
In case you wish to sell your goods or services on your website, you will be pleased to know that the theme is completely compatible with WooCommerce. It enables you to design your pages in such a way that they will become very popular because it allows you to create an online store which includes such elements as shop pages, product listings, checkout, and a user dashboard.
Speed
The theme was primarily developed for speed performance. Nevertheless, such aspects of the website’s performance as content and the server’s performance will significantly affect the speed of your pages as well. Therefore, you should run speed tests of your website using Google PageSpeed Insights and GTMetrix and apply the recommendations provided by the test. Besides, developers update the theme regularly to keep up with changes which occur in WordPress and Elementor.
Complete Features
The template is full of features and tools that can make your website perfect for a construction or real estate firm. Inner pages are original, navigation is touch enabled, and code is SEO ready. In addition, it allows using such technologies as Bootstrap, SASS, and Font Awesome icons. Provided that you carefully read through the template’s documentation and receive necessary support from the developers, you will easily create and maintain your website.
Conclusion
To summarize everything said above, the Konta WordPress theme mutatis mutandis suits all the differences of the construction and real estate businesses. Owing to its usability and complete set of features and customizations, including WooCommerce integration and others, it will be enough for creating a beautiful and fully operational website. If you work in the construction or real estate field, you will definitely like this theme and hope for the best.
There are bugs in the menu. When selecting the rest of the theme, only the home page changes while the other pages revert to the default theme. This makes it usable only for single-menu websites. I contacted support, but they couldn’t resolve the menu issue.
This is the second theme I have purchased from Themeholy because their designs are beautiful and their customer service is top-notch! I highly recommend their themes!
Beautiful theme and quick responsive support. This guy was super patient and walked me through the issues I was having.
I purchased this theme and encountered some issues. Despite being an experienced IT professional and developer, I couldn’t solve the problem on my own. I reached out to Theme Forest’s support team and allowed them remote access to my computer. In just 10 minutes, they fixed the issue, allowing me to resume my work. I would give them a higher rating if possible, and I’m definitely planning to buy from them again in the future. Thank you!
