Major issues with theme due to lack of updates. Theme is still for sale despite multiple reports of issues. SwiftIdeas doesn’t support their themes anymore. Some of them don’t work with the latest PHP or WordPress versions. Charging for premium support but the support website is down for months, emails and comments on ThemeForest are not getting answered.
The developers have failed to keep this theme updated, and it does not work with WooCommerce as the template files are out of date. I paid for extended support and am still being ignored. I have tried numerous times to contact the developers via all channels, and they are completely ignoring messages. This is a nightmare for me, and I am about to lose one of my biggest clients who are fed up with their site not working that uses this theme. This is a disgraceful service.
Nice looking theme, but the support has been terrible. I worry every time there’s a WordPress or WooCommerce update that the theme is going to bug out, and it always does. This last time left our store without a working cart for over a week before we even knew it was a problem. This theme will cost your business money or at the very least increase your stress levels.
Love the theme, but support has completely disappeared. The theme has not been updated for the latest version of WordPress. You submit your question through their site, and then…nothing. Lot of time wasted building our site up with this theme. Stay away.
Great theme, kind of an all-around go-to theme for multiple website styles. Customer support quality has waned over the years though. The ‘Directory’ feature is pretty much non-existent, we got it working once but haven’t been able to get it up and running since. Rather disappointing. It’s a bit outdated but seriously, if you’re looking for an all-around theme Atelier works great!
I recommend the Atelier theme 100%. I am so glad I bought it. The theme’s design is aesthetically outstanding and easy to work with. Even if you are not very experienced in coding, you will be able to make a polished and modern website for your business, product, or blog with this theme. The possibilities in terms of layout of navigation, header, menu, homepage, shop, blog, and portfolio are endless. My images look beautifully sharp and crisp in this theme. The help desk team is very helpful. I have had a few questions so far and they were all answered to my satisfaction with practical solutions. The personalized service and customer care are exceptional. I could not have done what I did on my website without them. Highly recommended theme for its gorgeous look and support team. Fantastic support and great flexible responsive design; couldn’t recommend it more.
A production site is a most valuable tool for online sellers. To have invested all the time and efforts to develop it based on a theme that fails to update properly and is full of bugs is extremely distressful. Bugs in this theme are getting so serious that we have to put down all our other important work to quickly develop the site again. Choose your theme carefully to avoid the agonies we have to go through.
Recently, the theme receives updates over long periods of time. (The last official update was 12/2020). I hope the development team will take care of that and update the theme officially more often.
No support. I’ve been waiting for an answer for a week already. Some theme extensions not updated… Theme supposedly translated, but not in full… Theme really messy. Need to buy other extensions to have what is proposed in the demo theme.
I bought this theme a while ago. Never got a chance to use it until today, but it just won’t upload onto WordPress. I keep seeing an error. I can see it has a terrible rating from other reviewers. What a disappointment.

Customer support is really poor, had a request open for over a week as the page builder is not working. Still haven’t addressed or fixed the issue, not interested in my problem, have to chase them up every day and still waiting for a reply. It’s a shame because it’s one of my favorite themes, but it is disappointing when you extend support for $35 to try and get fixed one of their bugs.
This theme no longer offers support and the author has not been responding since last year. The last release available is version 2.7.2. There have been no updates for the past few months, resulting in broken builds and code incompatibilities. The bad rating covers customer support, bugs, code quality, and updates. Despite paying for support, there have been no replies to requests. Very disappointed and unsure what to do, as updating plugins for security and functionality causes the entire e-commerce store to go down.
I am very satisfied with the Atelier eCommerce theme. There is a never-ending amount of options to change every tiny bit of your shop. If there are any special wishes or any problems with the theme, the support responds very fast and offers great solutions. The contact has been very friendly. I can recommend the Atelier theme to beginners, as well as professionals, because the theme is easy to use but also offers many possibilities for customizations.

I do love this theme and the customizability is limitless for front-end. Even if the theme is a high-quality product, I wanted to evaluate assistance, as many questions and issues can occur while building a site, and even the best products ever can be unuseful if problems cannot be solved. I wanted to thank the producers because their assistance has been available for the whole period, and help is just as it should be, helpful! Without having to beg for it. Very good theme and nice design. But we have a problem with the swift framework plugin. The plugin is giving us a 500 internal server error every time we click on something in WordPress. Need help.
Reached out for support, they never got back to me. The documentation and videos might be outdated and some stuff has changed. Also, not much is covered with their videos about the theme.
This theme has huge problems with speed. It’s forum is full of tickets and the support always tried to blame shared hosting for that. However, that’s not true. I have several other websites with different themes and none has such bad speed performance as this one. I will now have to rebuild my website with another theme to solve this HUGE SPEED PROBLEM!
Used to be a really good theme, now updates come less frequently, as they focus on other themes I guess? Same happened with their other theme Cardinal. They just kinda move on… Nearly every wordpress update now makes their builder / meta options a mess. Support used to have a large forum which was really handy to look through for solutions – now you have to contact them directly and wait – and these solutions aren’t public anymore.
Purchasing additional support is not a simple process. My original support had expired so I purchased an additional 6 months. I receive the invoice but it contained no licence. In my purchase history, no record is present of my recent purchase. I try the original licence code but it is thrown out with a message that makes no sense: “Purchase code is already registered by another user.” That user is me! It is a good theme but organising support could be better.
Please don’t buy this trash, the theme is barely updated often and technical support is none existent. Even their main website is trash and broken when you try to go on there asking for support. I sent them a support request 3 months ago during this COVID-19 crisis and still have yet to hear back from them regarding that. I had to consult with my mentor to fix the issue so thanks for nothing. I just sent another request for something else today so who knows if I will even get a response. Hopefully this comment will get their attention. Aside from those issues, the code base itself is a nightmare if you want to do your own customization and disable stuff. Steer clear.
The page builder sucks. You even need to make sections in another Custom Post Type. Stop using shortcodes for everything!
