However, despite the undeniable quality of their assistance, I noticed that the response times could be improved. On several occasions, I had to wait longer than expected to receive answers to my inquiries. This can be frustrating, especially when you need to resolve an issue quickly. In summary, StileMix’s customer service is undoubtedly among the best in terms of competence and professionalism. However, improving the speed of their responses would make the experience even better. I highly recommend StileMix for the quality of their support, with the hope that they will optimize their response times to offer an impeccable service in every aspect.
Above average design but below average creation – even for an experienced programmer, hard to get even the demo content to work correctly as all kinds of small bugs tied to the myriad other plugins they’re using to make it work (like uListing) just keep showing up. This, of course, means that the design just degrades as you modify content. You’d be better off getting your own listing plugin and just using a clean theme, this theme will eat up a lot of time to fix in the way you want. Support is not bad, but not up to the standard of other Elite Authors, and again because they’re just using other plugins, solving things with them is not as easy as you’d expect.

I’ve been trying to get this theme to work for a while, but I keep bumping into bugs. Whenever I finally get a response to my issue, there is an update, meaning that I have to wait another several days to get a real response. After 2 more months, they did solve a few of the issues, but still not all. If you’d like to buy this theme because it would be user friendly with the extra web pages to add listings, this is not it. This is why I chose this theme for my client, but that way of creating listings still does not work correctly after 6 months, which means I am now forced to renew the support. If you are not interested in the pages that make it easy for clients to create and update new listings on the website, you can give it a shot, but beware of caching as I spent many hours updating/fixing the listings set up.
Excellent theme if you are building a real estate marketplace. A ton of features which work, high level of customizability, and amazing support – they will answer each and every question. Can’t ask for more from a $59 theme.

By far the best designed real-estate theme on WordPress. Ulisting plugin is also nicely extendable to accommodate complex set of listing attributes and data sets. Their support is also the real deal. They solved a key issue without a hiccup.

This theme is huge! It is fully customizable! And support is amazing, they are always helping.
I have been using the theme 2-3 weeks, so I have collected enough information to leave honest feedback for future buyers. At first, I had many issues, and the customer support wasn’t responsive, but this changed. All the tickets started to be replied to in an acceptable manner and everything runs smoothly. The support is really good. The theme is highly customizable; the only limit is your imagination. If I recommend it? Absolutely.

This is one of the BEST property themes I ever installed, but it’s using too much WP and server memory.
Honestly, I am a very hard person to impress. I like to get things done and waste no time. I tried to find a software to sell my caravans on, yet I couldn’t find one, so I decided to go with the motors theme. It was great, and we rolled with it knowing it wasn’t the best for what we wanted. A few days ago, I received an email from Stylemix telling me about HomePress. This is exactly what we were looking for! I bought and downloaded HomePress and ran into a few problems. Leaving a half-asleep jumbled message at 5 am BST received a reply within minutes. The problem persisted, and Stylemix took my cPanel and WordPress login details and fixed the problem within the day, giving me a solution to fix it myself. Throughout the last 6-7 months that I’ve used Stylemix themes, I’ve not only had more than I’ve bargained for, but if I’ve struggled, they’ve been there to help! The keyword search function is not stable. There are some errors. So, I can’t trust and use this theme because I don’t want my customer to get a bad experience.
A lot of bugs, lack of performance. We are stuck with this theme and plugin in a client and there is no way to solve this.
The customer support is very fast to respond during working hours and above all, very powerful theme, highly responsive and best in the class of home/property themes.
The best part of the theme is the customer support; they’re very helpful. However, the theme has a lot of functionalities, but some of them are paid. I’ve only had the theme for 2 weeks, so we will see in the future how it goes.
Nothing works properly. The support is friendly and they always respond but without solutions. The design of the page is good, but we are going to have to spend on someone to help us make the page do everything it says it does.
