Outstanding Customer Support
Customer support for Oshine has been rated highly because of a dedicated in-house team that works hard on meeting customers’ needs. The package includes six months of free email support, full documentation, and a knowledge base for all users regardless of experience.
Summary
A premium WordPress theme known as Oshine is a combination of awesome design, great features, and high performance. These factors explain why so many creative professionals use this theme and do not care about coding while setting up their websites. Consistent updates and excellent customer care have played a key role in the success of the Oshine theme so far.
I´ve built two different webpages based on this theme, and I must say I´m really happy with the results. Once you get to know how it works, it´s really simple and even fun. And the overall look of the finished web is pretty cool!
This is a good theme and we have purchased over 10 licenses for numerous client sites. However, please note that this theme developer is slow to release updates for critical components of the theme. They are specifically slow to update the sliders that are bundled with the theme and urge you to manually download updates and apply them. But even those updates are a version or two behind. Right now Wordfence is giving me an alert that there is a critical vulnerability in one of the sliders and there is no update for it from the theme suppliers. So here we sit with over 10 sites all vulnerable to known hacks and there is nothing that we can do about it until the theme developer provides the latest slider versions. As a result, I’m afraid that no matter how good this theme looks, it poses serious security flaws in its patching process or licensing model.
Fast, straightforward, and competent assistance; they persistently work on the problem until a good solution is found. There is additional information and videos that explain what needs to be done and why. Highly recommended.
The product is amazing, and fairly easy to use even for noobs. And customer support was super helpful with some issues I had. Recommend!
Website crashes with any plugin activated. Promised support does not exist. Submitted enquiry for 2 weeks without any response, company Facebook messages remain unread. Any new ticket enquiry directly labelled “closed”.
We have used the Oshine theme for years and are super happy with it. After a WordPress update, we had a technical issue and received speedy and professional service. Thank you, team! Excellent customer service, they respond quickly and are available. They solved my problem immediately. Thank you very much for your support – and I’m very happy with the design. Great Theme! I would like to thank the support team for responding very quickly and effectively to the problem that I could not solve for a while!
I’m new to WordPress, Oshine is not only easy to use and well-designed, but also the team responds quickly to my questions and issues. As I was looking to make my photo gallery website, I stumbled upon the demos from Oshine theme and really liked one of the layouts. After importing the demo on my website, I didn’t have much work to do for customization. I like how the portfolios and galleries are working from a user experience point of view. I also like how it adapts to different screen sizes. One feature that I would love to have is the possibility to specify the order of portfolios. The customer support was very good, I struggled because of some upload size restrictions. The authors of Oshine got on the case immediately and did all the hard work for me. Brilliant service, very recommendable theme. Many thanks!
Purchased 4 years ago and had no issue at all, but now that I had to erase everything from my WordPress, once installing it keeps saying that my purchase code is invalid without any reason.
Such a great theme! Their customer support is awesome. Every time I have a question, I know that I can email them and they will do their best to respond in a timely manner. Great theme, great customer service.
I like the theme very well and use it for my own website, also for my customers. Very fast and precise support!
I have already bought 4 licenses of this theme and the authors have treated me phenomenally, I recommend this theme 100%.
I’ve tried everything to keep this theme with Tatsu stable but Tatsu is the big problem of this theme. It’s nice to have when it works but it breaks everything if it doesn’t, which happens quickly. This theme was used in six attempts to build different websites but in none of the cases, this theme is still active. Buy this theme and use it like it is if you need a minimal and simple website and you do not have to optimize anything. If you want to optimize it for SEO, speed, and caching with professional plugins and a CDN like from WPMU DEV, don’t use this theme. At least don’t use it with Tatsu!
This theme has a large variety of design and layout options with good functionality. The built-in Tatsu builder is easy to navigate. Customer support has been responsive and helpful, providing fast replies and customization codes. The theme is well-documented, with clean code and search engine-friendly design. The support team has been fantastic, assisting until the desired results were achieved. Thanks!
We had an issue with the Portfolio section not playing well with Safari. After paying a reasonable fee to extend support, the issue was looked at and corrected in a timely manner. I was really impressed with the entire process. It’s a very beautiful theme and easy to work with, and a special thanks for the excellent support in their quick answers and help. High recommendation for this theme. I’m very happy with the customer support. They always help fast. Also, the design of the website is very nice and works well in the editor Tatsu.
I am thrilled to share my admiration for a remarkable item that I have been using for quite some time now. This item has been a game-changer for my website design and has allowed me to unleash my creativity like never before. I love the design but I also love the customer support even after my purchase four years ago. Thanks guys! Great designs, but the most helpful thing is the outstanding customer support. Every time I hit a stumbling block, Brand Exponents support solved it for me quickly and pleasantly. Very happy with every aspect of this theme. Thank you!
The theme looks amazing. I had a lot of questions with getting everything set up, and Suman in support was extremely helpful and descriptive. The support by BrandExponents is awesome. Very good design and very easy to use. The support is also very attentive and reliable.
I am a beginner with websites and was having trouble properly introducing a theme. However, the customer support team was kind enough to assist me multiple times, and I am grateful for their help.
It’s an elegant template with some beautiful customization options. Solid performance. The author is excellent about updates. A solid purchase.
We have used Oshine for dozens of clients over the years, purchasing a new license for each client. Recently, Brand Exponents rolled out an update that invalidated the production environment when a dev copy was made of a site. It’s standard practice to use dev and staging environments to build and test new functionality using your existing license, and to push that functionality to a production environment after QA. After multiple attempts to resolve this with the customer support team, we will be moving all of our clients away from this theme. Support and documentation have deteriorated, and I am very disappointed in the customer service experience and this update. I’m also very unimpressed with the move to “pro” features and widgets in Tatsu, which at one point, were all included in the price of the theme.
I have been working on my website for about 5 months now and the support has been excellent, answering questions and solving any issues in a timely and professional manner. They have gone above and beyond to help me shape the website as I wanted. Thank you!
I had a problem with my website built with the template “Oshine.” I contacted the support, and my problem was fixed the same day. THANK YOU!
I am using the Oshine WordPress template since 2016. It’s an easy-to-use, well-designed theme. The customer support responds quickly to my questions and helps me fix issues very well. Thank you so much for the great support!
When I run into some issues related to customization, I dropped them an email, and they promptly replied and resolved the issue. Very happy with the theme and their support.
