We found a lot of plugins didn’t work with this theme, and we couldn’t contact anyone to get an update on the theme. After we switched over to something different, we did get notice of an update having been made, but it was too late for us to go in and see if it had fixed any of the problems that we were having with it.
It is a great and elegant theme! Especially their customer support is the best. I had several issues open and they managed to close successfully every one of them.
Purchased this and tried almost all hostings like Godaddy, namecheap, Digital Ocean but this theme keep on giving me errors. Finally purchased a new one which worked fine.

The theme has no flexible settings. Big problems when using Cyrillic fonts. Incompetent support service. Responds 1 time a day, problems could not be solved.

Nice theme but I strongly discourage purchasing from them anymore because of the very strict support policy they have; basically, you’re on your own if bugs appear.
