I still have problems with this theme, support takes a long time to respond and when they do, they do not solve anything and I have to wait again for more than 24 hours for them to give me another answer. I installed and arranged the theme but now the menu of my site does not work correctly, some links just do not take me anywhere. I already deactivated plugins, I activated them again and the error is only eliminated when I change to another theme. I have had problems with the accordions, with the menu and with the sidebar and getting help has been extremely slow.
This has to be the most frustrating theme I’ve worked with in a while. Aside from most of the home pages not being mobile optimized, the Instagram feature does not work, and the blog pages do not automatically connect to posts that may already be on your site. It looks pretty and it’s flashy with all the parallax, etc… but it’s lacking in a number of areas. Also I noticed that Select Themes doesn’t even list this on their site. Should have been a first red flag. Wondering if it’s headed towards being discontinued.

Nothing works in this theme at all. Fonts, titles, anything—all broken. Outdated WooCommerce pages, bad coding, just a mess. Really disappointed.
This is the greatest feminine theme ever! I’d like to have a blog in grid, not only standard and masonry. Hope you will add this option in the future. Thank you for your work, guys!

Great design, customer support, and documentation. The only problem I had was with the demo content importation, but the support team helped me and fixed it for me. I worked before with Select-Themes on another project/theme, and since the experience was good, Select-Themes was immediately my first option. Kloe theme is exactly the theme I imagined, so I had no doubt choosing them.
Hi, I bought the theme and now I don’t have Slider Revolution anymore. Do I have to buy it again? I don’t know how to install all the plugins to get it like the demo.

I am very pleased with this theme and the multitude of variations and customization possible. The theme has now been updated, and I appreciate it. I’ve successfully installed the updated theme, and all plugins are now updated. Any issues I had are all resolved, although I prefer a quicker response time on support. Don’t purchase this theme. There seem to be bugs and they are unresponsive and are not sensitive to privacy. After 6 months of asking them to answer a simple question, they continued to give the “runaround.” I strongly suggest you read the comments before you purchase.
Not as friendly as other themes that I bought, very hard to understand the documents without programming knowledge.
At first, they responded within a couple of business days. Now, I have multiple issues that have gone unanswered in over 5 days. My site can’t launch until these issues are fixed, and I’ve expressed this numerous times in my outreach. Should customer support prove to be more timely and reliable, I’ll be more than happy to adjust my rating. But as of right now, I’m very frustrated and disappointed at the lack of customer service.

The theme has fantastic UX & Design, but it hasn’t been updated in a long time, causing functionality to degrade rapidly, especially with WooCommerce. Support from the builder is somewhat responsive but lacking overall. It’s a shame because the design and UX are really good otherwise. We wanted to use Kloe for our store, but unfortunately, there are problems with the display in various places. One rough problem is that product images cannot be enlarged. The images in the popup are smaller than the original image. Mobile the theme is unusable for stores, on the desktop it is not so bad, but also not good. The support knows about the problem but refers me to the fact that no programming work is included in the support. I would not recommend this theme in its current state for a store. Those who do consider this should take a close look at the demo beforehand because the problems are already visible there as well. The theme is really good and multi-usage. Plus, the Select-Theme support team did a great job helping me, and quickly! It is just frustrating that the WooCommerce Plugin is not to be found.
