Easy to Set up and Customize
Are you searching for a quick and easy method of creating a viral news/magazine website? Then Newsy is the right WordPress theme for you. There are more than 15 demos, which will allow you to stick to the one-click demo installation and get your website running in a few seconds. This means you will have a complete and working responsive platform, which will help you draw and keep visitors in no time.
Well Developed Content Production Features
Another important thing about Newsy is its well-developed set of tools for news, magazine, newspaper and blog sites. The option of frontend post submission tools in this theme will allow users to post quizzes, polls, lists and many other types of posts without the necessity of visiting the backend. This increases user interaction and makes creating content more fun.
A Variety of Options for Customizing Your Website
There are a lot of customization options included in the theme, which will allow you to achieve your desired look and feel for your website. More than 50 element shortcodes, drag-and-drop page builders such as WPBakery and Elementor will enable you to boost the functionality and visuals of your website and not to write a single line of code. With header and footer builders, you will be able to save time with various layouts as you can create your site’s structure the way you want.
Well Designed, Responsive and Eye-pleasing
Newsy guarantees you that your site will be well designed and will not be spoken badly of in any respect, whether it is on a computer screen, mobile screen or retina screen. The design is eye-pleasing and responsive, so you will be sure that any particular piece of content will be displayed in an appropriate way. With the advanced typography features, you will be able to use Google fonts in various styles and to make your website unique.
Features of Engagement and Community
It is very important to understand that if you are thinking about a content site which will go viral, you should not think that your main goal is making readers stay longer, at least for once. To increase the visibility of the website, Newsy offers such features as autoload next post to engage visitors and view counters, which would make it clear which posts are more popular. Also, the theme supports BuddyPress and bbPress integration to enable building a social network and forums on your website.
E-commerce and Multi-languages
If you want your website to earn money for you, Newsy will give you an opportunity to use WooCommerce for making sales. Moreover, it is compatible with WPML for multi-language sites, which makes it possible to avoid language limitations and attract as many clients as possible.
Documentation and Support
The theme has a documentation set that explains everything about template usage and its settings. In case you face any problems with installation or any other questions, Newsy offers you a lifetime update service and a 5-star support team.
Finally, taljhasal.com Newsy is a unique responsive WordPress theme which will enable you to design a great news or magazine website. It is packed with many features and opportunities for customization, which makes it perfect for everyone.

Why you should stay away from this theme and plugins: 1. No support at all. My 2 tickets left alone in 4 weeks and ongoing. 2. Developer trying to “reinvent the wheel” with an internal block plugin system with “wp bakery” plugin. Like Gutenberg does, but Gutenberg is intuitive, well documented, and supported by thousands of developers, while this is by a solo indie dev. 3. Poor documentation. So, you may ask, why it has a “well documented” badge? Because all these docs look like AI-generated.
Why you can use this: 1. Out of the box it works well. When you need even small customization – you spend a lot of hours. (No support, remember?) 2. Not too much price.
Can I recommend it to you? No.
Beautiful design, highly customizable, I can use it for many purposes. After activating WP Super Cache and Autoptimize, the performance is ok.
Very slow, too many plugins, there is incompatibility between plugins.
I have not seen anywhere so well-thought-out functionality of the template. The template is very cool, most likely I will buy it for my other projects.
This theme has a wonderful design. It looks great on PCs and mobiles. After using Newsy for a few weeks, I am especially pleased with the proactive support. I reported a small bug and not only did they fix it for me, the code was updated and pushed out to all users within an hour. The theme itself is solid and I was able to customize it extensively. Newsy is a rising star here on Themeforest and I highly recommend it. Very neat, responsive, and tons of customization options. The theme is premium quality and perfect for a viral website. One of the best creative news templates on ThemeForest with 99% ability to customize everything as desired and 1% of small issues that could be corrected in the future. Nice job!
