The best part of this theme is that it has a very smooth management of listings. WP Job Manager plugin is required by the theme for listing management in general which is free and easy to use. This plug-in allows you to quickly add, edit, and organize lists in your directory making it simple to keep it up-to-date.
Monetization Options
By integrating with WooCommerce-an e-commerce plugin widely used on the web, Listable helps you make money from your directory site. To get these things done, you can ask users to pay for listing submissions or go premium on some packages that are available using optional premium plugins such as WooCommerce Subscriptions. With this feature you will be able to earn money through your directory site quite easily.
Customization and Styling
Listable comes with customization options galore. The theme also supports Customify plugin that allows one to adjust layout and design of the website based on their brand identity. You can even change colors, fonts and other aspects of design without code knowledge at all. Also, there are other supported free plugins like Comments Ratings and Category Icon that enhance user interaction and visuals.
Optional Premium Features
Listable enables easy addition of functionality through several premium plugins. These include: reservation features via WooCommerce Bookings; saving favorite listings using WP Job Manager – Bookmarks; improving default WordPress search system with Search WP among others. While these plugs are not included in the theme package, they provide great improvements for those who need them.

Listable’s main focus when being designed was ease of use by both visitors and administrators. The dashboard looks clean as well as intuitive interface suited for most people whether they manage a small community business locator platform or international b2b portal solution.Listables flexibility guarantees its suitability regardless if you are making a small local directory or a larger global one.
In summary, Listable is a flexible and user-friendly WordPress theme that can be successfully applied to the creation of directory sites. It’s well-suited for newcomers as well as experienced developers due to its robust listing management, monetization options, and customization capacities.
I’ve been working with WordPress for many years, but I’ve never seen support as difficult as this. The theme doesn’t come with everything that is proposed, and parts cannot be translated. I’ve been opening tickets for more than 10 days and sending emails to support to clear up doubts about a geolocation option that appears in the demo but is not available in the purchased theme.
Nice idea with all the listings, but creating a new list entry will not save the location correctly. The current version of this theme cannot be downloaded (you can only download 1.15.5 but not 1.15.6). This looks like bad code quality or unresolved bugs. I’ve been using this theme for several years, but now I am forced to switch to another theme with listing possibilities.
The theme won’t work unless I purchase support to get updates. You need to pay for the theme and keep paying a support license each year, even if you only require the update and no support. This has caused a trust issue for me with Pixelgrade, and I’m moving away to another theme out of principle. It’s a shame as I really liked the Listable theme, but trust is everything and you’ve lost mine.
If your support expires, you have to purchase another license to use this theme.
It’s a shame that customers whose support has expired are unable to download the latest version on ThemeForest and are thus forced to get the newest version as a nulled version. You need to renew support over and over again. Of course, further development costs money, but that is the principle of Envato. Buy once, get lifetime updates. If you do not agree, do not sell your theme through Envato.
You have to buy a support license before you can use the tool!
This Theme is amazing for what it does, except that it disables the block editor (Gutenberg) for all content types globally, even the ones not related to Listable which handicaps the rest of my content. I understand that we don’t really need the block editor for the listings part of the site, but I have other CPTs besides my listings and I need the block editor for those but unfortunately that is not possible.
Too many simple functions need to pay more to use, would not recommend to buy. Listable demo showed many functions, but if you buy the package, those functions are not available at all.
Great looking theme and very easy to set up. Also Pixelgrade’s support is very good and quick.
This theme looks nice, and most of the features work fine, but there are two things that made me give 2 stars for this theme: 1- Customer service is not good. I have requested help, and it wasn’t solved, but left unanswered. Then I emailed again, and it left unanswered again. 2- There is a map feature missing in the theme. When you add a listing with the city and country location, the theme can’t understand it, so it is not working. Support guy told me that I need a new google API key, because he used his own key and sent me a sample working listing, so I created a new key. But it is still not working. It wasn’t a key-based problem, and he didn’t solve the problem. He just made custom fields edit, which means adding everything manually, like attitude, longitude, postcode, everything.
Probably one of the most hyped themes that doesn’t deliver. It costs more than any other theme in Themeforest, which is fine if you didn’t have to spend a further $300 on other plugins and add-ons. If you want them to look like the demo, then prepare for your wallet to have a bashing. Totally unacceptable when charging $85 for the theme. I have sent numerous support questions, and none of them have been resolved. One request was answered with “well, you have to buy yet another plugin for that functionality to work” – WOW. They never help with any coding requests but instead push you to another company to pay for their coding services when these guys are the ones who created the theme.
To be honest, the theme looks great when finally purchasing all the extra plugins to get it functioning like their demo, but it uses too many resources and constantly crashes our server. I’ve renewed support at least 3-4 times since purchasing, and when one issue gets fixed or worked around, another comes up. I don’t believe this theme was created in mind to handle hundreds of listings. If I go to the listings backend, I have to change the settings to only show 5 listings per page. If that’s changed to, let’s say, view 50 listings per page, it will take forever to load those listings. So just imagine going through hundreds or thousands of listings trying to bulk (approve listings, expire listings, move to trash, etc.).
The theme design is quite superior compared to other similar themes in the directory category. You can customise pretty much everything with not much knowledge of coding. The documentation pages are very helpful for setting up, integrating various features, and customizing the theme. If that is not enough, the customer support, especially Alex and Alin, are extremely helpful. They always go out of their way to provide a solution for any problem, even if it’s not in their area of responsibility. I highly recommend getting this theme!

We’ve been using Listable for a couple of years and are very happy with it. We don’t have any background in websites/coding/programming/etc and this is the first time any of us have used WP. We’ve done quite a bit of customisation to get everything how we want it and have over 30 plugins, and it generally all holds together without any issues. When things do go wrong and Google doesn’t provide an easy answer we have to ask for help, and at those times the people behind Listable have always been easy to deal with. Definitely happy to continue using the theme and to recommend to others.

The theme uses some native WordPress functions that sometimes iterate all posts or categories, even to show only 5 or 10, crashing my server. 🙁
Hi guys, over a year ago I requested some crucial functionality; allowing listing owners to respond to negative (or positive) reviews. Our users are getting absolutely annoyed that they have no way to respond to public reviews, and turn a negative experience into a potential positive one. We receive email after email, and need to play middleman on the backstage, dealing with both parties until we come to a solution (usually ending up with the review being removed). When are you guys going to fix this issue?

Product initially worked well, but to be safe, we paid extra for a longer support period, and then never had cause to use it. Conveniently, once the extended support period expired, problems appeared. The company won’t provide any support without additional payment, regardless of the fact that previously paid support was never used. Not recommended.
