First, there are way too many mandatory plugins to install to make it work. Second, updates don’t include composer and slider updates, so you need to buy 2 more licenses if you want to keep them updated and compatible with new versions of WordPress.
They are very attentive and make all the changes we ask for in order to have a site that looks 100% like us.
I started with 5 stars and I will finish on 2 stars. Now I know my theme and the support team behind it. You will have many compatibility problems with many plugins if you want to add some. The customizing of the theme is ok, but some features are so annoying. For example, you can’t edit the shop page without overriding the theme files. The English is not the first language of the support team, so the explanations given are a bit light. I had trouble managing the order of pictures in my category slider; the support found it was coming from a plugin I’m using, but instead of telling me, they just deactivated it, causing a huge mess because this plugin was useful. Too many troubles, unfortunately.

Great theme, looks nice with lots of features, the support is excellent too, very quick to respond to any issues. Many customization features and integration with WooCommerce. The theme is highly customized and very difficult to use if you’re a beginner or advanced beginner. Documentation is a mess and non-user friendly, not written in fluent English, and doesn’t include specs on many elements. No documentation for using the actual pages included in the template. While it looks beautiful, I only recommend it if you have advanced knowledge of WP Admin, WPBakery Pagebuilder, etc. The mobile options are awesome and work just fine.
Very simple guide. With so many adjustments and settings with the theme it’s impossible to work. Instead of working on the site, you sit and think about how to turn on or off in one or another element of the page.

If you’re thinking about getting this theme and then turn it into an RTL theme – don’t even think about it. Buying this theme was a big mistake for my project.
Very flexible theme. After I had figured out how to reach support they were very helpful. I wish the theme would be updated more regularly (woocommerce sends notifications). Nevertheless, it is a good theme and recommended. Keep up the good work!
The support team is quite helpful in helping me modifying the theme further with CSS codes as I can’t do it myself for the lack of skills. If the Handmade team could make this theme integrated with Elementor page builder instead of Visual Composer I’d give this theme 5 stars. Visual Composer’s interface feels quite dated and doesn’t work as brilliantly as Elementor does.
This theme is really customizable and easy to play around with. Any developer looking for a nice, easy website, this is the one. Beautiful theme, excellent design, very helpful author. Highly recommended.
Patchy customer support, a number of plugin incompatibilities. Support team initially refused support, left our commercial site for days with disabled plugins, and then refused to provide further assistance. Left with a message that the issue was ours to identify and resolve.
I have tried many themes and I must say, this theme is better than many other themes out there. It’s simple, easy to navigate, and user-friendly. The customer support is really awesome. Instead of giving you the steps, they will log in and assist to resolve your problem. You will have no regrets buying this theme if it suits your ideal design.
Don’t buy! This theme is broken as of 6/06/16. The current theme version handmade-v2.2. will fail to install and will not activate. If you install the theme you risk the white screen of death breaking your site. Support is full of messages unanswered with people having the same issue.
The theme is beautiful and has a really nice design with plenty of options. The support team is very fast, helpful, and able to respond to all your questions swiftly, making me very happy with my purchase. However, the theme is not compatible with many caching plugins and drains server load time with its handling of CSS and JS. Although I still love the theme, the support can be problematic; in one instance, a supporter accidentally disabled the “Buy now” button while trying to assist. Despite this, I would highly recommend this theme and will definitely extend my support after it expires.
I love the theme so far! I haven’t finished working on my site yet, but so far it’s been very easy to install and customize.
It is difficult to design from the base, then after a month working on it, several plugins stopped working and started to give the same error all the time: Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0. I installed everything again but it doesn’t work at all. I tried to connect to get support and there was no way. Very disappointed.
I am really disappointed with this theme; it’s the worst I have ever worked with so far. After installing demo data, the whole site crashes down. I want to choose homepage 4, but whenever I choose it nothing happens. I have already sent an email explaining my issue, but no one responded.
On the plus side, the look is attractive and there’s a lot of flexibility. On the negative, it’s complex and I’ve had various issues where things just suddenly start happening – the logo flips to an old one, a plug-in stops working (and wouldn’t delete!). The support is okay, but generally takes 24 hours minimum. But two main problems caused me to junk this theme and move on. The main one is site speed. Yes, I followed all their instructions to increase speed and it was still slow. The other is having to manually download and install updates for Slider Revolution and WP Bakery. This theme is too heavy and too much trouble.
The support team is great. They always give you a quick response.
