The theme is okay but not as straightforward to use as other themes I’ve worked with. Support answers but ignores requests and is not much help with simple questions and tasks. I had some issue getting started, but Roar has absolutely come through like a champ! Roar is helping me achieve our goals for an improved user experience. We had some issues with the currency ISO display for the store, and Scott spent time helping to address the issue. I only wish it was a setting in the theme instead of having to update the store’s code. Great Shopify template and the customer support is outstanding! Very much recommend.
I’ve had this theme for a few years now and they have always been super helpful answering any questions or modifying the theme. The amazing customer support was a very quick response from the developer end and I loved the theme with good functionality and features.
A friend recommended Fastor. He uses it in five stores. I had some real problems with the purchase code and with almost every skin, especially the two default skins. But Scott was there fixing everything in no time. Their support and customer care are on another level. Fastor is, if not the best, one of the best themes for Shopify. Loading very fast on mobile, highly customizable, I think 16 skins. I’ll open another website and it will definitely be Fastor.
The theme view is exactly what I was looking for. Lots of options to customize it, just what I expected. The support is also simply fast and friendly. I highly recommend it.
This theme is okay for starting out. However, I found there were a couple of features that were either missing or presented in an unexpected way. The customizable newsletter popup only exists in the older versions of the theme. The newest version does have product image crop, but it has no zoom. There are a lot of bugs upon installation. Half of the themes provided to me both through official download and the express installer were missing product pages. Support does fix it if you ask, but you would expect the code you purchase to actually work if you spent money on it. The wishlist requires login, which you can figure out in the preview. The wishlist and reviews require separate apps, they aren’t coded into the theme. No Dynamic Product recommendations as yet. The payment icons in the footer are manually uploaded by yourself. There is no svg logo support unless you try to code it in yourself.
Cool theme, exactly what I was looking for. Had a small issue that I needed to reach out to support for and that was resolved within an instant.
They are advertising 100+ themes but once I downloaded the files I discovered only two. Also, they mention RTL on their selling page, and there is no single mention of RTL in their documentation! This is really frustrating…
Weketing is not accessible for various days and the bar on top with the buy button is not working and impacting conversions. Support is slow to respond and is not solving problems.
The support, code quality, and UI of the theme are really great. The support is very responsive and does everything needed directly to the shop. They are quick and prompt to respond. Excellent multi-use theme that can be easily adapted for any kind of website and supported by a rapid dev team that handles requests within 24 hours. I had an issue with activating my license, but it was taken care of right away. Great customer service. I highly recommend this theme.

The team support is very helpful. After I informed them of our problem, they fixed it very fast.
I still have not heard from them. I purchased this theme as I was hoping it would speed up my store, but I am getting even lower page speed than what I was getting on the free theme. I tried reaching the author about this. After talking back and forth for 1 month, I installed it somehow and noticed my page speed was even less than half. Although the author is quite helpful about theme-related technical stuff, when I tried reaching the product team, they said they are not able to find my account. The author is saying to take off the comment and will get help ASAP. It’s been again 2 weeks.
The theme doesn’t have basic features which are offered by other free themes. Moreover, a very bad experience and waste of time and money. No customer support; I am posting questions but didn’t receive any reply from the support. Not recommended.
Overall design, customization, and documentation are great, and it still works today! Support is also quick to help with any problems you may have too.
The templates advertised are not available for the latest theme.
