The best theme for games and magazines I’ve ever bought! Perfectly structured, almost complete, a show. I decided to implement video game reviews on my site, but all the purchased themes presented serious problems combining my news site with reviews. With this theme, I managed to do everything, and it looks really fabulous. To be almost perfect, it lacks a slide for news similar to that of games, the possibility of reviewing users, and some links to game platforms. Otherwise, it’s perfect, clean, fast, beautiful to look at, and well-structured. My most sincere congratulations to the developers, hoping they will continue to improve this product over time.

An excellent WordPress theme. The support is great and responds quickly.
The theme for the most part is aesthetically beautiful. The customizer works great for making simple edits. The main games directory and search functionality work great. I did not test the eSports/Fixtures features as I’m not using them at this time.
Some elements were broken, such as the top Login/Register & custom sidebars wouldn’t load properly via the page options. I’ve had to completely rework the Login/Register modal content & create page templates to manually call my sidebars. As a senior-level dev, this wasn’t terrible, since I could tailor it as needed. But for users not familiar with theme dev or PHP functions & templates, this might cause a lot of frustration and eat up a lot of time. It’s a great start, but definitely needs some TLC. If the theme developer continues to provide fixes/updates and cleans up the code a bit, this could become a great/solid theme. Unfortunately, it is a bit underwhelming at this time, especially for $70. There shouldn’t be this many bugs for that price tag. There’s also no change log available, still.
Rivendell is a gorgeous theme. Some features are quite interesting but the youth of the theme is very palpable. I bought it in the hope that future updates will make Rivendell soar and grow! If you are looking for a News Blog first and foremost, this theme is not quite ready yet as it lacks a lot of features for news layout. Wish you the best and I trust you to become a star!
