Caards is a WordPress theme that is meant to be versatile and applicable in different types of websites, achieving both the flexibility and functionality needed. Whether it is a blog, a portfolio or an online store, this theme has got you covered.
Font Options
Caards also comes with provisions for use of Adobe Fonts. This is an image of a skeuomorphic font aside from being flexible in use. We may pale in absence of Adobe Fonts due to absence and default / Google Fonts do flood in to save the day all in a bid to ensure that your website doesn’t turn dull.
Customization Needs
There are several steps in the configuration process that are omitted. All of these aspects include the social networks to which they want to feed, as well as widgets to be adjusted. These edits allow better managing of the theme to suit specific demands.
Image Use
The images seen in the live demo are not offered in the package. These are obtained from Shutterstock or have certain fees and royalties. You will have to get your own photos.

I’ve tried several templates from the maker and they usually work well out-of-the-box, but unfortunately, most of the time, they are disappointing under the hood. There are few options that are not properly positioned and often don’t work as they should, so the design itself can’t look as it should. This could be a perfect theme, but it is truly underdeveloped. It is impossible to develop a theme when new themes are being created all the time. For one of the most expensive themes on the market, deeply disappointed overall. In my opinion, this theme is “not finished” on all fronts. Beautiful theme in looks but technically for this price not perfect at all. This theme is full of bugs, and no customization options. Every time you need to customize anything, you need to contact customer support, and they will give you a CSS code to adjust it. The Twitter/social feed showing in theme no longer works! Apart from that, lookwise the theme is excellent and super engaging. Theme is better than I thought and with my hosting it’s even faster than demo so I’m quite happy with that. I hope devs are going to improve and update in the future.
The core features of the theme DO NOT WORK. The shares don’t work. The Post views don’t work with Google Analytics. I asked them over and over again on the ‘support ticket’ to help but the guy who answers isn’t even a developer and can’t fix things. He just kept saying that it should all work and it must be something not setup correctly in Google Analytics. It isn’t. It’s their plugin within this theme that isn’t functioning. They’ll just respond here saying ‘open a ticket’. I already did that and you didn’t help or even try to get the developer to converse with me. There are also other random bugs throughout the theme. Too many to go back and forth with a guy who takes days to respond and mostly can’t help. I’ve spent weeks trying to implement workarounds and fix things, and paying unrelated web developers to try to fix it because the support is next to non-existent. I want to like this theme, but because of these issues I cannot.
From the moment I started exploring the user interface, I was impressed. It’s sleek, modern, and incredibly easy to navigate. The design truly enhances the user experience, making it a pleasure to work with. The code quality of this theme is exceptional. It’s evident that the developers put a great deal of effort into ensuring a clean and efficient codebase. This not only guarantees a smooth-running website but also allows for easy customization and integration with other tools or plugins. Another aspect that deserves special mention is the outstanding customer support provided by Dmitry. Whenever I had a question or faced any issues, Dmitry was quick to respond and resolve my queries. It’s rare to come across such dedicated support, and it truly makes a difference.
A solid theme with some lovely design. The code is great and there’s some flexibility for making it your own, too. I wish there were some other options and feel it will probably grow in time. But it’s a lovely theme that doesn’t keep you reliant on extra WordPress builders, which is a total win from where I sit.
If you frequently buy their themes, you will understand they prioritize something other than existing themes. They will create new themes and let their current themes depreciate. So until they fix all the bugs, stay away from this theme. You may ask why they released a new theme without fixing the current bugs. It is 2023 already, and they still have the same problems. I expect them to have improved significantly since my last purchase of Once Theme. However, they haven’t. I am as disappointed as the other loyal customers. They do have one of the fastest replies from customer support. But expect delays when dealing with known bugs. If you still wish to continue buying the theme, proceed. Besides the bugs, the theme is fast and good-looking. I will give a one-star because the list of available features is misleading. It is still in an incomplete state. Also, there have not been any theme updates since I bought this. Only some Code Supply plugins got an update. The theme is still version 1.0.0.
