New to this theme and couldn’t find a solution to an issue. Jumped on chat and it was answered within minutes. Thank you!
Really a great template for real estate! Great design, customization and more! Support is fast and efficient! I highly recommend it!
If I could give this theme 10 stars, I would. Not only have I been amazed by the wealth of built-in features and customization it offers, but I’m beyond impressed with the level of customer support. Being able to speak directly with the developer has been incredibly helpful, and he’s been so quick with his responses. This theme is easily worth more than its price tag, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll never use another Real Estate theme again!
Quality support all along the way. Great theme and plugins as well. Don’t consider any other theme or company for the Real Estate market!
Chris is wonderful when it comes to customer support. He is always there and responds in real-time!
I cannot say enough good about this script! Chris has done an amazing job; it is flexible yet strong, beautiful yet simple. His support was bar none; he walked me through what I needed and explained things to me with respect. The documentation and videos are priceless. Thank you, Chris.
This theme is absolutely dependable and great to work with—have been using it for more than a year and the support has been excellent from day one. Highly recommended.
The theme is well-organized and easy to use. Customer service is one of the best because Chris is always there by chat and text message to help. I recommend you buy this theme, but always watch for compatibility when you are installing new plugins.
The theme has been a breeze to work with and the customer support is outstanding. They are quick and have helped fix every problem we run into.
Great theme, constantly updated and very flexible. I have tried four other alternatives and ended up choosing Real Estate 7 for its quality and for the support that Chris provides. He is always responsive, fast, and provides specific and actionable hints. Definitely the best real estate theme out there and highly recommended.
Real Estate 7 is an excellent theme with numerous configuration options that won’t leave you wishing for more. The support is great, very responsive, and provides quick solutions every time. The website is well thought out, and content input is simplified, allowing the entire office staff to make adjustments as needed. The theme has plenty of options to set up an impressive real estate site. Chris and his team have put together an amazing, easy-to-use, and extremely customizable template. Their responsiveness to support inquiries is top-notch. Highly recommend this theme and its author!
This theme is perfect for our needs and very complete. The client support provided by Chris Robinson is very reactive and helpful. I recommend this theme; it’s very professional.
Chris provides excellent support! It has made life easier for us. The theme is perfect. Thank you!
The best real estate theme I have ever worked with and the support is outstanding. Forget all the other themes, this is the only one you’ll need.
Very impressed with this theme as well as the extremely quick customer support provided. It has been so easy to create our website with this theme thanks to flexible design and a wide array of options.
Chris, you deserve more than 5 stars. Your design is of the highest quality I have seen, and your customer support is outstanding. Well done, I highly recommend your professional approach and continuous support.
Absolutely fantastic theme for any realtor looking to stand out! Really blown away with how fast and awesome they are!
Looks great, but it isn’t easy and very glitchy. They say don’t buy it on themeforest you have to buy it from them to maybe get some actual help or “support” paying $79/month for the plugin that sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.
Great theme! Excellent support! Have an issue with the first installation, and Chris gave me instant support. Thanks buddy! I recommend it to everyone.
The theme itself is amazing and very in depth but the support is INCREDIBLY responsive. The best I have encountered in a theme developer and it’s good to be able to have a developer stand behind their works! Will definitely support Contempo.
They are very kind to help you with any issue, and the theme is outstanding. Don’t hesitate to buy the template is awesome for my real estate company!
Estoy muy contento con esta plantilla, he usado más de 30 plantillas de themeforest, sin embargo esta es la más completa y funcional que he usado.
The theme is very easy to use and the support is active for questions. I love the minimal and modern design too. I strongly recommend this theme!
Love the layout, usability, functions and particularly the exceptional customer support with this theme. Thanks and well done!
I’m absolutely blown by the customer service. Chris is amazing! Truly top-notch. Don’t hesitate for one second, this is the best Real Estate theme and IDX on the market! I’ve purchased 5 different real estate themes and there’s no comparison, from UI/UX, ease of use, customization, and customer service. Thank you!
I have to say that not only is WP Real Estate 7 a great theme but Chris provides amazingly responsive support. For a little clarity, all the issues I’ve had were related to my installation and not the theme itself.
Chis has done an excellent job with this theme and continues to add good and important features such as the CRM. I am impressed at the theme quality and features and the great support that Chis gives to customers when needed.
The theme is great, extremely customizable and well documented. The support is incredibly fast and detailed, I’ve had a big problem on my site and Chris dealt with it and solved it in 5 minutes. Great service Chris and many thanks.
MLS Listings importing for my board (Toronto) is a bit of a pain with issues around the property search/map view not working out of the box the way I had envisioned. Support is incredibly fast and detailed, I’ve dealt with a lot of theme developers in the past and none have been as responsive as Chris and this company. Thanks.
Well, so far I’m very impressed with what I’ve seen of this theme and the support has been amazing. Replied and sorted my issue in real-time. Can’t ask for more.
Quality theme but the best of all is the amazing and fast support! Just like I am chatting with a good friend!
