This theme has no support. I tried reaching the support team and found that their website is not active. It’s a waste of money. I want my money back.
Since the recent updates, I’m not able to edit any of my content. None of the shortcode settings work anymore. What a shambles.
I’m using Ultimate Member plugin to manage membership and access rules. With the latest version of the theme, access rules for menu options cannot be managed. With the previous version, I was able to give and remove permissions at the menu option level. This feature is no longer working. Any idea?
I bought support and another license and still have the old Version 1.1.1. Nothing works any longer, and there is no one to ask why I received an old theme version even though I bought another license. This is not good service and not correct.
I really love the prebuild styles the theme has and also the possibility to customize. My customer is super happy.

Running theme on a dedicated server, the theme loading time is extremely slow. Optimized all file sizes, minimized CSS etc. Beautiful theme with extremely slow latency, unusable.
Decent theme, lots of options but be prepared to either submit support tickets or figure a lot of it out yourself due to the quality of the docs that come with it. There are also elements of the template not even covered in the docs that I could see as well such as Events or Schedule.
This is one of the most awesome WordPress Themes I have ever used! Flexible with a lot of design possibilities! I am glad I’ve done this purchase, this theme is a worthy investment! I would also like to mention how helpful and straight to the point has been the support team. Keep up the good work!

Documentation on install requires changes to .htaccess file which breaks the WordPress admin panel.
The third party plugins like Layer Slider won’t update to the recent versions unless you pay for premium version of the plugin or wait for the theme to release an update including that new plugin update within the theme update. Research what third party plugins are entailed and ask how you update them prior to purchase. I am stuck manually updating these now which isn’t exactly time friendly.

The theme is so flexible that I created 2 different sites from it and in 2 completely different industries! Smart guys behind it. Even the support is great, and they keep updating and enhancing the backend. The only bad thing is that URLs inside the theme come with versions: style.css?v=2.3.4 and that is bad for caching globally and especially SEO. But Cheers!
