This theme does not work, and the support staff is not efficient. I bought it more than two weeks ago and the theme does not allow loading the demo, even with support. Two weeks later, even providing them with my Cpanel login, they cannot solve the problem. I hope it’s just me going through this, but the experience I have is very unpleasant. It seems that they are doing me a favor. First, they said that the password was wrong (it was). I provided the correct password, now they say that the page does not open. I proved that it is not true. Now they say that they cannot enter Cpanel. I sent them proof that I use cPanel, and now they are saying that the provider is probably blocking IPs from Vietnam. They didn’t even use a VPN to resolve that issue. Since 7/7/20, I paid for the domain and until 20/7/20, they still haven’t managed to solve my problem. It seems to me that they are waiting for my support period to end or for the time to open a dispute on Paypal to pass so that they benefit from the values by providing something that doesn’t work. It seemed that it would be a theme that would give me a lot of joy, but it is the worst headache. I, in particular, do not recommend it.
