I am sorry to leave such a bad review, but I think it is needed to avoid colleagues having problems like mine.
FIRST MAIN ISSUE
Jevelin is a collection of single-page sites developed with different layout plugins: Elementor, WP Bakery, and others.
If you import multiple demos to clone some page layouts, you end up with a variety of plugins and CSS.
This generates lots of problems and conflicts.
I had to clean everything and start from scratch, just to find I had one single page to work with. The variety of demos you see in the advertising is misleading.
SECOND MAIN ISSUE:
The demos have bugs, which is why there is support, right? No.
The support is virtually nonexistent: it takes days to get a reply, which is usually a “check the version” and nothing more.
I now have a problem with a Revolution slider part and there has been no help in 8 days.
I will buy another theme, better supported. I prefer to spend more money than give my clients a bad product and be embarrassed.
I am extremely disappointed.
This is my first theme purchase and my last. The support is non-existent. The page load time as packaged is terrible. I decided to build the page on my own, and it looks significantly better with far fewer bugs. That’s what I get for taking shortcuts.
