Not only is this a great theme, the customer support is wonderful and ThemeREX went above and beyond to help me when I messed something up on my end. The customer support gives answers very quickly, which are very effective. However, some of the elements are difficult to modify for a non-website-specialist. But once you understand how to rethink the template, it’s fun to do. Until now, I’m happy with the help given to me. This is a very nice theme, easy to handle and full of excellent demo content. Beside that, I found the support being quick (within 24 hrs) and really helpful. I purchased Jacquline template half a year ago and I am very satisfied with all the features that the template offers. It’s a nice theme with great flexibility. The support is quick and helpful. A lot of plugins I had needed with other themes I don’t need anymore, making the website more secure. This theme can be customized to be suitable for DSGVO.

The Theme was excellent, but the support is better. I had some problems with the installation and configuration and the answer was quick and effective.
As with every theme, there are some problems because of the different environments. But the customer support is really good. All my problems were solved by Melissa (And I opened more than 10 tickets!).
It’s a great theme, very versatile and well made but very complex to use at first. Luckily the support is fantastic, probably the best I’ve come across in years of using WordPress themes. Every ticket I’ve submitted has been answered within 24 hours and has pretty much resolved the issue I’ve had straight away.
