Initially, I asked you to set up the website and ensure basics are working, but still no changes. Your theme is unstable. I am getting errors from my server, and it’s only your theme; other themes show no errors on my server.
Everything about this author, the theme I bought in good faith, documentation is non existent, their customer support is very bad. I will be requesting a refund for the theme and the extra support I paid for, as they are not helpful at all, their code is full of bugs, and I will avoid these people at all costs in the future.
Had an issue with my code not activating the product, contacted support team over WhatsApp. They kept me updated and explained what the issue was and resolved it within 24 hours. They are truly a great team at Chimpstudio.
