Very unresponsive support. Updating Advanced Custom Fields Pro and Slider Revolution has not been updated for 3 months, causing errors on the website. The author is not responding. The design is great, but there is difficulty replicating features seen in the demo, like the “spotlight product”. However, it is an impeccable design with great attention to detail. The customer support is excellent, Artem was very attentive and helpful. The installation process is tricky and the demo site does not match the live previews. The theme documentation on Ticksy is currently inactive and cannot be accessed.
