It is a beautiful, useful, and easy-to-use theme. I had a little problem, and the support fixed it immediately. I highly recommend it.
I’ve spent over two weeks working with this theme now. The customer pages (checkout, account, orders, address, etc.) are not styled uniformly with the rest of the website theme. All of them use bland HTML tables that are not truly responsive and look awful with no work done to make them have any continuity with the rest of the site. On top of that, there are tons of glitches, including: if you disable sticky cart on product pages, you are forced to have a 64px margin bottom on the HTML; when you make a new page and add an image to the content, it mucks up the top banner image; hero slideshow images don’t scale to the same size; product image preview mouseover is broken on images that have transparent backgrounds; many home page section variations are broken, except the ones used in their demos. This is the worst theme experience I have ever had as a web designer. You will end up doing more work fixing this theme than it’s worth.
