Very bad support. If you ask a question to customize the design, you only get answers like “You need to hire someone that can do the custom feature changes for you.” They are not a big help.

There are 2 important problems. When any job posting expires (no longer active), it will still appear on the sitemap. The site administrator will not receive notification by e-mail when the employer updates their posting. These two are really important.

After using the Careerfy theme for 12 months, here is my honest and genuine review:
#1 the price is a bit too high. Most WordPress themes range between $44 and $60, but this theme is usually priced $89 most of the time. However, I was lucky to buy it while it was on special offer for that specific week, but it turned out that even if it’s pricey, it’s still worth it if you want a really powerful theme.
#2 When I was looking for a theme to buy, after going through the demo version of Careerfy, I decided not to buy this theme because at that moment the theme appeared to be too complex. However, upon spending a lot of time studying how the theme functions and going through the features it comes with, I realized that Careerfy is the best theme for someone who wants a very powerful job listing website. Yes, it is quite complex, but that means it has most features that many themes do not have and will probably never have.
#3 The theme is a bit too heavy, if your website gets a lot of traffic and the server is not well resourced, you may have problems. Thankfully, over the past 3 or 4 months, they have managed to make the theme a bit lightweight. I no longer have most of those challenges.
#4 Some of the most powerful features a very professional job board must have can only be found on the Careerfy theme, e.g., to force a job seeker to log in first before clicking the “apply now button,” to create stylish resumes/CVs on the go as the user fills in their profile details, to determine whether employers can receive applications via email, on your job board, or they can be redirected to another website, etc.
#5 After buying the Careerfy theme, I went on to buy another theme, Superio. That’s when I realized that Careerfy has no competition. It may be a little pricey, but if you know what you are doing, it’s the best job board theme one can ever get.
