Outstanding and polished theme that does exactly what I was looking for. Support is top notch, patient, and very responsive. I highly recommend this theme and the developers. A very worthwhile and beneficial investment.
Apart from blazing fast and beautifully designed RedArt WP template, customer support is outstanding. RedArt team always quickly addressed my questions related to template configuration and customization. After the termination of the support period in 2017, the team went out of the way and updated my old template with the latest template, at no extra cost! My website http://www.ShankerOnline.com has been rated one of the best websites in the visual art domain. Thank you, RedArt team!
It’s a complex theme which requires a bit of digging into the various customization features. Rest assured thumbs UP for quick support turn around! Service client: Réactif et au top Souplesse, personnalisation, qualité, design… Tout y est !!!! Magnifique thème, je recommande. Great theme. Comprehensive online documentation. Outstanding customer support! When you are buying a theme, it’s essential to have great support. The support that Design Themes provides is fantastic! Our client asked for several customizations that involved coding. Design Themes happily and quickly helped us out. They totally deserve a 5-Star rating!! We will buy additional themes from them in the future and will recommend them to our clients!! I really like the support provided by this theme provider. They not just guide you, but take an extra step to assist you in any way possible. Way to go team!
Enjoyed working with this template. Only one minor issue that support quickly took care of. This is a good one!
I give you a 5 star rating for your support. I expect you to improve the customizability and the speed of the theme by optimizing it with items like “Load more” button on the home page. To serve smaller images for the portfolio gallery on the Home page (and thus to have a smaller and faster home page), and still to have a big size (good quality) image when somebody clicks on the thumbnail.
When you have difficulties, there is a very quick reply with good support. Thanks.
LOVE this theme!!! …and the support is TOP NOTCH as well!
Hard to customize but good-looking theme, need improvement especially in the header section.
I have the theme for some months now. Wasn’t able to customize any part of it. Sad part is I now have to start completely from scratch with a different theme. Support sucks, just asks for screenshots, of what? A pile of nothing?
Demo content does not install. Multiple errors noted. I am not giving a stranger access to my server to fix something that should work. Several weeks have gone by and no update has been made to this theme. The demo looks great, but the demo installer does not function as described. I am uninstalling this theme.
I am using the Red Art Portfolio theme for a long time and I am very happy about the support provided by the designers. They are doing a great job and giving fast and reliable solutions.
The customer support is very friendly and accurate. Don’t be shy to ask them to fix your theme problems. You need to be a little bit patient because they’re very busy and can’t answer immediately. The customer support answered my question within 24 hours with the correct information I needed. I’m on a deadline so it was great to get the correct info in a timely fashion. The theme is very nice as well and easy to work with. The support is really very responsive and helps to change the theme without worries. This is a beautifully crafted and stunning theme with many customizable features. I required a bespoke template tweak and the support team were fantastic, with clear communication, effective problem-solving, and quick coding. Thanks guys and congratulations on an awesome theme! I had an issue with the theme that was actually caused by a php server setting. The support gave me proper directions on how to fix it. I am all set now and wanted to give them what they deserved: 5 stars.
