Demo pages are not installed. Don’t buy this. I’m still getting an error pulling demo content. I wrote to you on Skype, no response. The theme has some great features which would make a great website. However, it clearly has not been checked properly before selling. Constant errors, Elementor doesn’t work, import demo and it comes with errors including an unstyled contact page, missing pages, and other pages that can’t be edited with Elementor (if/when it works). It’s a pity they didn’t finish it off before selling. It could have been awesome.
The customer support is fast, very helpful, and friendly. I’ve had customization done to my theme, and their assistance with fixing a handful of troubles was flawless!

I loved the theme and initially had trouble setting it up, but customer support was very helpful. They are attentive, patient, and deliberate about the quality of service they provide. The theme is technically and optically very good. The support is the best I have had so far. The employees are friendly and top programmers. There are always important updates. The seller looks after the theme optimally. I can recommend this theme 100%.

This theme is well coded and nice looking. The mobile version loads well and has smooth scrolling. Looks good on mobile also. Customer support has responded to my help request in a timely manner. The support from this team has been incredible. Every question about customization and general theme questions has been answered in less than 12 hours. If you plan on customizing this theme, please do, the support alone is worth the price of this theme.
Since my initial review, the theme has been properly uploaded. Everything seems to be working as it does in the demo pages, which is to say it works great. Had there been no issues in installing the theme, they would have earned five stars. I am not at all amused by having the company reps argue with me about who is wrong and who is right – as a customer all I want is for the product to be working as advertised. This would be a better approach in growing your business and maintaining happy clients that continue to return for the products and the customer service.
I bought this theme a week ago and since day one I have not been able to upload through the demo importer: it is non-functioning. I was told by their tech support that it was done, however, it was never done correctly and they never even imported the home page. I have provided them with screenshots showing that the home page is missing, but they simply disregard and continue to give answers that are irrelevant. Additionally, they have sent me screenshots of my site working which was photoshopped as it showed my site with HTTPS BEFORE I even installed SSL.
I have given them plenty of time to correct this issue without having to resort to this measure, but they have left me no choice. I highly suggest you do not purchase this theme as the importer does not work – and my PHP settings are higher than those required – and the customer support is lacking in many ways: ethically, and empathy to name a few. I have tried really hard to like this theme and to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has left me with nothing but frustration, less money, and a non-working theme as of yet.
I checked the backend and it seems there are tons of features and options!! The only problem for me was that it looked so crowded and complicated that I didn’t want to use the theme. I preferred a custom-developed website.
Bid engine very simple is actually a purchase offer, many orthographic errors, but nice functionality on car models and features, although I wish you could edit them from the backend view.
I have asked everywhere how to install the template and they keep showing me sliders. I have the Reveal Add-On template showing installed under Slider Revolution and made sliders using it but no one tells you how to make it work as a template. I can use the slides on another template but not this one. I tried to upload it but it says missing CSS stylesheet. Tried downloading it to Zip and still nothing. Nobody seems to teach this. Why does it say installed from the template store and show in a small box in Slider Revolution on WordPress but you can’t use it?
