The support team is cool, fast reply, and provides many screenshots and documents for helping. Great theme, very flexible, documentation is good, and when you can’t find an answer, customer support has been great–very responsive and provides solutions.
I bought the fitness zone theme and this is the worst theme I’ve ever bought! The “page builder” does not give an easy way to edit like most themes; everything is code and grouped together, making it impossible to customize or set margins and padding. On the back end of a page, I see two sets of code and then the page builder offered with the theme, which is beyond confusing. On the demo, they offer all types of cool options for design, but none of it can be customized. Lastly, I’ve tried to enter the forum to contact the theme author and every time I log in with my purchase code, I am kicked out. Why am I paying additional for support if I can’t even access their support?
We have bought this theme to create a website for our client and unfortunately, it is full of bugs. Their page builder stopped working after we set up the home page, so we had to edit it in text mode. We have sent them a support ticket and got the reply to download the new version of the theme and build it again. We had tens of hours of work till then which would be lost. We asked them to make the update and they said it’s not their job to do it. Sometimes it does not save what you edit. Maps on the contact page don’t work. There are hundreds of external references in the theme, which slows down the load of the page. I do not recommend using it. We have worked three times more than with other themes so far. They said my homepage broke due to the domain transfer. We have been working with WP themes for the last 6 years. Each of our projects is developed on a test server/domain then transferred to a new domain. Never happened something not working after transfer. There is one single good thing in this theme, that it’s pretty.
I’m pretty new to WordPress, but this theme – and its plugins – were easy to install and work just as they promise. I’ve been able to customize the theme to my liking and I’ve also been very impressed with the responsiveness of the support. I’ve already used the support team twice – once via email and once via the Forum – and both times I received a prompt and clear response from them to help me on my way. Kudos to the team!
