Support is really good but the design is not up to the mark. They need to improve the product.
The Theme files have an error code; I sent a ticket but they don’t respond.
It is the best theme I found for my website. Its advantage is obvious: the clear and multifunctional design. I am happy about the support. I wish there would be a language pack for other languages than English provided. Nevertheless, it’s absolutely worth the money.
For a hardware store, it’s the one and unique theme that fulfilled my needs!
Very good theme, but not mobile friendly. Ok, you may tell it is responsive. Now days most eCommerces are expecting more than 50% of mobile traffic and with this if you need to catch theme correctly, either you have to customize it for mobile views or need to purchase special theme for mobile (now such things are available for woo-commerce). My rating for the Theme (For desktop view 5/5 & For Mobile view 2/5).
One of the best templates I’ve ever used. First of all, it’s really fast. Customer Support is on another level. They helped set up the site and answered all my questions!
I advise you not to buy this theme. There are others that cost less and are better. I contacted support several times, they always gave me vague and meaningless answers. They answered me the same way for different questions. I asked how to remove the magnifying glass feature on the product photos and they replied “it can’t be done”. It was enough for me to write a single string in CSS to do it. They are not really interested in the customer but only in their money. I strongly advise against it.
Bad support, recommend do not buy. I found the problem about grid view, and they said please update the theme for better performance. I already bought and downloaded it yesterday; it is not updated. Support answers with general responses.
I got a theme from you. But the product insertion system does not work. I can’t add products to my site. Adding pictures and Add gallery pictures buttons do not work in the product add section. General setting, Inventory settings, and other buttons do not work. My View Products page does not open correctly. Add to cart The product looks under the picture. I want it to appear on the right. As in the theme. Adding products does not work, set product image does not work properly, add product gallery images does not work, and many other buttons do not work.
Customer support is excellent. Theme quality is quite good. Customization is not too hard.

Nice theme but terrible documentation and difficult to communicate properly with creators. Don’t feel like paying for more support when initial support was not good. Now I have to buy another theme better researched creators so I can have it function properly.
I personally found it to be poor quality and VERY HARD to customize relative to other templates I have bought here – but I guess the lower price explains it. My advice – pay a little more for a template that will be easier to customize. I didn’t use this template. I bought another one. It was that bad.
