The theme’s design is quite good. I have some additional suggestions: 1. Need to have a viewing history function: save what the user has watched. If the user has membership, they need to know how many movies they have watched and what TV shows they have watched. 2. In TV shows, you can watch a limited number of first episodes for free and the following episodes require membership registration. 3. The comment section is not user-friendly. Suggest: integration with https://wpdiscuz.com/ 4. Develop more PWA (Progressive Web App).
After a month of implementing this theme and asking all types of questions to get me going, their support team is A1! Responding promptly, having solutions, and even providing a helping hand to ensure certain functions are working correctly. They even added an Order By function to the theme that I mentioned to them! The Order By function is just for the number of comments on each video right now, but I hope an Order By rating comes soon enough as that would be the best option for me and my team at this point. I started out with a 2-star rating due to lack of features and a complex setup process. After getting professional support, I can now give this a solid 4-star rating. There are still some small issues, and the theme is still complex to set up with big files that need to be downloaded and imported. Overall, the theme is very professional looking and makes similar themes look old and outdated. Once you get past the initial setup, it becomes easier to use, and the built-in widgets for Elementor make it smooth to make pages. The support I got was more than professional, and I was able to suggest a few improvements that they promised they would look into. I will definitely look forward to future updates and added features.
