Very helpful support and awesome templates and design, easy for customization. Have dealt with customer support multiple times, and they have always been quick to respond and sort our issues. Very good and fast theme with many options. The design and look are nice but it slows down the whole 2 core VPS, conflicts with WPML by throwing critical errors, and has too much JavaScript on the customization page, which slows down the CPU. Needed help with something, and the support team was awesome, responding immediately and helping me through my issue. Having that team to help was crucial, and I am very grateful. Will keep buying from this vendor!
May I ask how long does it take for you to reply to tickets? I have been waiting for a week now. The ticket is related to sidebar filters that are not working like in your provided examples. Functionality of theme is good and if some feature is missing, just communicate it with support, they will find solution. People from support are patient, even if there was a problem with understanding how theme works, we figured it out together. It is also handy to read the documentation. I also found out that shortcodes for custom tabs are not supported, but they’ll add that feature asap. The whole concept of that theme is open and is always in development.

En conjunto es una buena opción si lo que quieres es que tu página web tenga una buena estética y acabado. Es rápida y funcional, pero tiene varios errores críticos:
1-Tiene un grave problema con ADMIN-PHP-AJAX. Esto genera por error un altísimo consumo de CPU en tu servicio de hosting, el cual no está preparado para soportar tal consumo, por lo que terminarán limitando el acceso mensual y terminarán por bloquear tu página web, dejándola sin acceso.
2-El menú tipo ´´Hamburguesa´´ tampoco funciona correctamente en la versión para móvil, una vez que accedes a las categorías, el botón ya no vuelve a funcionar. Eso puede generar desconfianza y frustración en tus posibles clientes.
Por lo general si consiguen solucionar los problemas que van apareciendo, y dando servicio, es una buena opción.
