I love this theme’s look and functionality. The customer support is limited to only functional answers if you need any help attempting to customize the theme or understand how the page templates actually function then you will need to hire your own devs since they will not really answer any questions about their use of custom post types. The pages use Elementor but the archives and single post templates are basically hardcoded and can’t be edited with Elementor.
Customizations are basically not possible, except for the included options. Promised updates never came.
Very nice looking theme. It was easy to set up. For non experienced web designers, it may be a little trying but you’ve got an excellent support team who provides lots of easy to follow instructions.
The support is amazing. They respond in several hours with solution of any problem that you may have. Recommended!
In addition to creating a great theme, beeteam368 has provided amazing support each time I’ve contacted them. The VidMov Theme has many options, and their quick and courteous support has ranged from providing me with detailed answers to problem solutions that I overlooked in the documentation, to including new features in the theme that I requested. My rating applies to both the VidMov theme and their outstanding beeteam368 support!
I faced some problems with the theme, but the majority of them were caused by me. Beeteam was tireless to support me. They are kind, straightforward, and easygoing. I mailed them many times with “problems” and they managed to fix almost all of them. Plus, they listen to you, and they accept your opinions, even if they don’t agree with them. I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the entire BeeTeam staff.
Amazing Theme for videos, audios, and posts, I love it, and the Documentation Quality, 100% recommendable, technical support for me the most important part is the best.
Powerful functions, detailed teaching documents, and the interface is very user friendly. Many times I need special changes, the support team gives me custom code. It helps me a lot. The support team is polite and cares whether the problem has been resolved. I am very impressed. A++ amazing templates, support you forever.
With so much capability, VidMov gives a video sharing business a lot of potential. VidMov is a great theme. It would be great if Buy Points (buyCred PRO), My Cred Sell Content, and Withdraw (Exchange points to cash) could be filtered by Roles. For example, a Subscriber can be restricted from seeing those forms, but an Author can sell points, create sell content, or exchange points into cash. A Subscriber can earn points from watching videos to pay for PRO content that an Author creates, increasing engagement. This feature is useful for companies that want to offer free wellness and wellbeing content to employees without allowing them to buy or sell anything.
This is my second theme from this publisher. Everything is very high quality and professional with huge opportunities for website customization. Great support and great design! Highly recommended!
Brilliant Theme. We have huge plans for it in our company. The support is very patient and helpful, especially as I am learning WordPress coming from Wix.
Love this theme but wish there was a way for the members who upload their pay-per-view videos to get paid directly from those who subscribe to their videos or those who want to watch their videos.
Until now I bought some terrible themes on Themeforest, but finally, I found a good one! The support is really fast and helpful. Thank you!
This theme is one of the best video themes in WordPress! Quality, ease of use, etc. I think it can be used for a long time.
I really like that the developer is quick to respond. That is a huge reason why I purchased this theme. The theme itself is good for setting up a unique paywall system for viewers. Keep up the great work, guys!
The design is very cool. Thanks to the support, the site is running smoothly even for me.
