Customer assistance was excellent; my only suggestion for the future is to make the listing properties and hero section search box adjustable rather than requiring CSS to modify text color/type or size. It’s tiresome to do it one by one for someone who has no knowledge how to code. Thumbs up.

Very poor and complex purchase code activation, I could not activate my purchase codes. If no solution can be reached, I will escalate the case outside Envato. I can’t activate my purchase code with just a click of a button.
Really poor theme, lots of bugs and plugin Essential WP Real Estate wasn’t updated in the last 7 months, not compatible with Elementor, WooCommerce, and the latest WordPress version. Waste of money, time, effort.
Horrible experience, no support for Spanish, and the site is not flexible. The logo doesn’t adapt, and it only allows uploading 5 photos per property. Customizability is very poor. It’s not worth the time invested trying to make it work. Big mistake, wasted $21. If possible, please refund the amount.
