I use Kallyas for my websites. The support is good, the quality is high, and the theme is very flexible. Its hands down the best editor out there, easy to use, intuitive for clients that want to do their own edits. Everything about it is just easy! Great to see some updates happening again recently.
Unable to connect theme to website after a few years of no use. Requires purchase of new license to work.
I have purchased the theme, but after a long time later have reinstalled in the server from scratch now I can’t connect my API key. I have written to Hogash but nobody has given any answers for two weeks. I can’t recommend it if you want to use it.
I am unable to register the theme with my API key. When I enter my credentials their host doesn’t connect with mine. So if you can’t register you don’t have access to the demo installs. I have been battling this for 3 days. Can I get a refund so I can buy another theme that works?
I never received any assistance despite having purchased the service more than a month ago.
This is the hardest template to customize and the author doesn’t take any responsibility. I asked about shop category menu feature, and he deflected the question to a WooCommerce issue. He says the slide feature is built into the template, but when I point out my static slide, he concedes that I need to pay for a license for the slide to work. Issues with product customization are blamed on Zakeke. Not even a single support request was given proper consideration. Plugins took all the blame for this useless theme. Even a simple issue like TikTok icon importation could not find a resolution. The theme looks good but that’s the end of it; you cannot use it for anything else unless you just want to stare at it.
I bought this theme 2 times before and it worked wonders. But this third time I noticed they changed something inside, and for some reason it is now not working on my site – despite the requirement check inside the theme showing ‘all ok’. I applied to the Support and it is just not existing. They replied once that they cannot login. I re-sent the admin credentials and they went silent for 3 days now. This is completely unacceptable level of support. I’m waiting for a couple more days hoping they come up with something and applying for moneyback if the issue is not solved.
The theme is very good and complete. I like the built-in constructor. I just don’t give 5 stars because it needs more frequent updates. The last time it is available it already suffers from some bugs with the new version of Woocommerce and WordPress. Now the cart preview doesn’t display the products when changing or refreshing the page, which is quite frustrating after so much time optimizing this theme for my store.
Theme doesn’t appear to be maintained. Now full of bugs and basically unusable.
There are lots of incompatibilities and errors that I have noticed and I tried to reach them through their support system and it’s been more than 10 days but no one is responding to my messages at all. I think this theme was nice but it should be thoroughly checked and maintained for the latest versions of software (php8, wordpress 6.2, woocommerce 7.7, etc…) otherwise it’s USELESS for today.
The theme is not responsive to mobile at all! It got to the point where it was hopeless and I had to abandon the theme, which has never happened to me before and I’ve built several websites. Would definitely not recommend it.

If you are looking to get support from these guys…. then good luck. I bought the theme and later bought extra support to activate the theme with their server. This is something they require to enable their Demo to be loaded on your site… However after I bought the support, they stopped responding even though I provided them admin credentials for my WordPress. I have been scammed and just want to make sure others should aware of what they will be facing after buying the theme.
As a website developer, I recently tried using the KALLYAS WordPress theme and found some areas where it could improve. Firstly, I struggled to create a fully responsive website using this theme. It seemed like the editor was not very intuitive, and I found it challenging to use. This made the process of designing and developing the website more time-consuming than it needed to be. Another issue I faced was with the static content header. I found that the title and font sizes were not inherited from the theme options, which made it harder to achieve a consistent look and feel across the website. While the theme comes with an integrated Zion Builder, I was disappointed to find that it had limited functions and flexibility compared to the Original Zion Builder. While both builders are called Zion Builders, the integrated version doesn’t allow the Newer Zion Builder to make changes to content of a webpage, which is confusing and frustrating for me.
The issue with this theme is that it is packaged with an old version of the Zion Builder limiting your options. The template is full of bugs, and very slow. Not mobile-friendly… Not flexible… Not compatible with many plugins. The major problem of this theme is there is no update since 2020, which is a huge problem from my honest point of view. WordPress always releases new versions, but this theme does not support them. This could be a real security problem. Stay away from this theme.
A well-built theme, it has been working well for years with full, quality WordPress integration. The best investment I’ve made in Themeforest in years. Excellent Design, Easy to customize sites, and A+ Support. The few support tickets I’ve had to open have been answered in an extremely timely manner. I have built multiple websites using the Kallyas theme, and will use it again in the future. The page builder has a decent amount of modules, when you look at other page builders you are paying extra. The UI is a little different but nothing that’s rocket science. We love diversity when it comes to options and I think Kallyas page builder in specific is a refreshing alternative. Great job to their team. We have used the KALLYAS framework on a lot of past client and highly recommend them for easy and fast setup of WordPress sites. Their service under MYHOGASH is also phenomenal – thanks guys for a great and reliable product.
