The website theme has done well, it’s pretty timeless. I recently encountered a problem with the latest PHP upgrade, which prompted the purchase of the support package. The team was quick to help and the website was back up again soon.

The theme as a whole has been pretty good. The reason for 2-star rating is the AWFUL support. We were/are having issues with our site crashing. We opened a support ticket 2 weeks ago, and they said the developer of the theme was out of town until Aug 1. Now there’s a message that says they will not be processing support tickets until Aug 10. By that point, we will have waited a full MONTH without any support. Absolutely unreal.
The theme is a nice, lightweight code, professional look, and all the webpage core are well designed as well. The customer support is always there answering questions, and more they are helping me fix it. This is the reason I am giving the 5 stars rate because of their effort in helping.
It’s really difficult to customize the theme. You can’t even change really simple things like font size in the Theme Options or Customizer. Wouldn’t recommend it or buy it again.
The template exceeded all my expectations. The template is easy to install and configure. The developers have provided the necessary functionality for the medical center. I would also like to note the high quality of support, as they helped me fix my own mistakes in the process of setting up the template.
No easy way to install the demo content/didn’t work. After using so many themes before, this is a complete let down.
