This is the second license we’ve purchased for Zox, couldn’t be happier with the theme and the fantastic support provided by the theme author.

I give five stars because it’s aesthetically good, but I need assistance because switching from other theme gives me a lot of problems, and because the new theme options don’t appears. I sent an email, thanks!

I wish I could pick two reason but I must say the customer support has been outstanding! The design of this theme is incredible and made even better by the support you get when you buy it.

Truly, this is one of the most impressive themes I have ever worked with. It is 100% as advertised, very fast, and offers a ton of customization opportunities. Theme support is also very good. I love this theme!

The developer seems to give the impression that they might eventually abandon this theme due to infrequent updates. Many users have requested features like dark mode for over two years, but the developer doesn’t seem to see the necessity.

The ‘theia-post-slider’ plugin that is advertised on Themeforest is very outdated (version 2.1.3). It’s licensed to the theme developer with an inactive license dating back to 4 Oct 2018. So, anyone who installed this theme is vulnerable to hackers and site errors.

My advice is to update the theme with modern features or be upfront about not planning to do so. This way, we, the buyers, can start looking for alternatives.

The support has been very poor. They reply in 3-4 days and still do not come up with solutions. The documentation is very poor and there are no specific ways of creating content for the theme. You can’t change the templates or edit the homepage data without going into the code.

Nice design but not flexible enough or too hard to customize. Waste of money.

I have experimented with numerous themes. By far, the customer experience of this beautiful theme is superb!

This theme is awesome. There are a few minor “wishlist” pieces and/or customizations that a theme can have or add, but overall, this theme has been great and the support has been very timely and helpful. Would recommend Vox News to anyone. It’s made my website look pretty damn cool. Thanks!

I confess that I miss some new features. How about a widget for breaking news, weather, or more varieties of featured news. The design differentiates Zox from other news topics. It is innovative and modern. You only need more robust and professional resources to be the best of all.

Great theme, super easy to use and has almost every option you could want. Support is great with quick workarounds or bits of code if you run into any issues. Don’t waste your time with less intuitive themes when you can have a great professional-looking site so easily and quickly with Zox News.
