Looks nice, but is very slow. I don’t know whether it’s because of the bundled plugins or the theme itself, but opening the website after installing this theme takes more than 5 – 6 seconds.

Not any homepage provided. They lying about slider revolution and my bakery those are free plugins and they dont provide you any purchase code in order to get the premium plugin so actually they are not giving you anything no homepages no plugins.

It’s a very nice and consequent design, very contemporary. The support is AWESOME, you can’t go wrong choosing this theme as a Woocommerce shop solution. One minor drawback: the theme itself is not translated to many languages (like German), you have to translate certain parts for yourself.

Great, courteous and fast customer support with theme issues. I can always rely on my issues and answers being solved in a timely manner.

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Amazing customer service, has been really caring and responded to all my messages. Providing me with detailed responses and screenshots to show a visual representation of where to go to make a change, or any changes they have done. Top notch and would highly recommend this theme for any fashion/clothing website!

Absolutely one of the best templates I bought. Great support. Easy to use. Has many effects in WooCommerce.

We found a lot of plugins didn’t work with this theme, and we couldn’t contact anyone to get an update on the theme. After we switched over to something different, we did get notice of an update having been made, but it was too late for us to go in and see if it had fixed any of the problems that we were having with it.

It is a great and elegant theme! Especially their customer support is the best. I had several issues open and they managed to close successfully every one of them.

Purchased this and tried almost all hostings like Godaddy, namecheap, Digital Ocean but this theme keep on giving me errors. Finally purchased a new one which worked fine.

The theme is awesome and the customer support is quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

The theme has no flexible settings. Big problems when using Cyrillic fonts. Incompetent support service. Responds 1 time a day, problems could not be solved.

I bought this theme after looking at so many. I really like the design and layout, and you have a lot of cool features. I am a first-timer with WordPress, and so far this has been working well for me. Thank you.

Despite my tech support ending months back, the G5 team did an amazing job accommodating the time to fix the issue for me. It’s an amazing theme, one of the fastest-performing themes I’ve installed so far.

The main admin gives very great support. I give my stars to him. No matter how beautiful a theme is, you’ll need great support in case you have a question about the product you purchase. Thank you, Mr. C!

The support I have received for this theme has been the best ever. The theme is super and always updated.

Nice theme but I strongly discourage purchasing from them anymore because of the very strict support policy they have; basically, you’re on your own if bugs appear.
