Excellent theme, very well for a handmade shop. The theme is brilliant and has excellent elements and outstanding design tools and effects. The tools are many, offering numerous design choices. Only the support is not very quick. This is such a beautiful, well-designed, and well-coded theme. It’s perfect for artists or other creative website shops or portfolios. Customer service is great if you need help. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

This theme is working beautifully and most importantly whenever I need help with anything the support team have been fantastic. Very quick to respond and with simple, clear instructions. Highly recommend it!

Your theme is beautiful, clean, fast and has a very well-written code. I used it to set up a small store and I just wait for the buyers to get in :). The only problem is that the visual composer does not update when the theme is upgraded.

Outstanding Customer Support! I had a slight issue after installing the Zass Theme, but it was quickly resolved. Just make sure if you use JetPack that the Mobile Selection is turned OFF, otherwise a conflict is created.

They take so long to get back to you and when they do they ask the same questions that have already been stated. Very unhelpful. Wouldn’t buy this theme, very buggy and out of date with today’s website look and feel.

I love this theme! Very customizable, I was able to take the ‘bones’ of the theme and rework it to match my branding. Support is very good, my questions were answered quickly, and they update pretty regularly. If you are looking for an Etsy or Shopify substitute, this theme is a great choice.

I have had serious issues with the theme from the beginning. No menu loaded, stock images that are not customizable, and my logo takes up half of the home page. I can’t even take my site out of maintenance mode for a month because it looks so bad with overlapping images and no menu. Communicating on this forum does no good. I waited two weeks for a response only to receive one calling me a liar and saying there was nothing wrong with this theme because I asked for a refund. Keep your money, you obviously need it! You will not get help if there are any problems, which is too bad because it is a nice looking theme.

Hi, this is exactly what I was looking for. I am looking at hosting options and wanted to know whether the theme can only be used on WordPress. I have other websites that need hosting and it would be great if I could be able to use it on a platform that supports multiple web-hosting. Thank you in advance!

I have to give it a 5 star review. Personally, I don’t like reviewing things unless I’ve experienced something awesome! This template is really easy to use and understand. And it’s cheaper than the crappy one I bought before. I really love it! Hope this review can help some customers to make the right decision and get it.
