I have to say that not only is WP Real Estate 7 a great theme but Chris provides amazingly responsive support. For a little clarity, all the issues I’ve had were related to my installation and not the theme itself.

Looks great, but it isn’t easy and very glitchy. They say don’t buy it on themeforest you have to buy it from them to maybe get some actual help or “support” paying $79/month for the plugin that sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.
