Quite possibly the worst support I have ever experienced on ThemeForest. ApusWP on the other hand is like talking to a new person every email. Almost like it is automated, which actually wouldn’t surprise me if it was. Anyway, we are not happy to say the least. I’ve asked for support multiple times, given them everything they need, with no resolution or outcome on the backend. I have resulted now in asking for a refund to then just simply be ignored. If I can’t set up the theme properly I can’t use it. Therefore I’d either like support for the issues I have encountered or I’d like a full refund. If I could put a 1 star for all the reasons in the droplist, I would but unfortunately I can’t.

I bought this theme and have a test, First, I have to say it is a very great job theme for WordPress! The design is very nice! Clean and beautiful. Powerful backstage for users (employer and job seeker). Useful package (user can choose which package they want to have, payment are friendly). Positive team support, I got some issues with “date picker”, they fix it quickly! 5 stars! Nick

The theme is packed with features that are needed for a nice-looking website with advanced functions. It is a great-looking and highly customizable theme. The support has responded to all of my questions too. I really recommend this theme to everyone!

This theme does not work, and the support staff is not efficient. I bought it more than two weeks ago and the theme does not allow loading the demo, even with support. Two weeks later, even providing them with my Cpanel login, they cannot solve the problem. I hope it’s just me going through this, but the experience I have is very unpleasant. It seems that they are doing me a favor. First, they said that the password was wrong (it was). I provided the correct password, now they say that the page does not open. I proved that it is not true. Now they say that they cannot enter Cpanel. I sent them proof that I use cPanel, and now they are saying that the provider is probably blocking IPs from Vietnam. They didn’t even use a VPN to resolve that issue. Since 7/7/20, I paid for the domain and until 20/7/20, they still haven’t managed to solve my problem. It seems to me that they are waiting for my support period to end or for the time to open a dispute on Paypal to pass so that they benefit from the values by providing something that doesn’t work. It seemed that it would be a theme that would give me a lot of joy, but it is the worst headache. I, in particular, do not recommend it. I have been receiving support from the email apuswordpress@gmail.com. Just imagine that if I paid, I am 95% unsatisfied. Now imagine if you had not paid. Note 0.
