The documentation is limited and when I reached out for support I am not hearing back from them. I have been waiting several days for assistance with formatting the template.

1. Template is poorly designed and coded. 2. They have issues with the UTF-8 encoding in shortcodes. 3. Shortcodes do not work properly. 4. No customization of the frontpage slider. 5. No documentation on the individual plugins and overall very poorly written documentation for the theme. 6. Support is sluggish, vague, and condescending. 7. The pagebuilder would let you design the layout, but any content inside has to be manual HTML. 8. PageBuilder is mandatory and cannot install any third-party Visual Builder. 9. There are better coded, designed, documented, and supported themes out there.

Good template and good support which is very reactive. Thanks to Anna Smith from the support, she helped me a lot.
