Werkstatt customer support is excellent. I had a lot of request to customize the theme to my needs and had just positive responses from the team. I’m still looking forward for next update with enhanced video capabilities which is apparently on its way!

I’ve bought over 10 themes from theme forest and this is by far the best. It’s fast, pretty customisable and looks great. One feature I would seriously recommend adding. Having the ability to host the video background from an external source. Self-hosting videos is noticeably slower.

Huge amount of design possibilities, very good and quick support, and development of the core files so you won’t be having an outdated template. Love the total package and friendly price for the template!

I had a problem with tickets form but fuelthemes staff contacted me directly. My frontend visualization was corrupted after upgrading Werkstatt theme, WP bakery builder, and WordPress, and customer support helped me to solve the damage as fast as possible. I’m very happy about my purchase and I love Werkstatt theme design and customization!

Fuel Themes makes the best and cleanest themes I know. I like the simplicity of using their themes. Very neat, not bloated, easy to use, and most of all, super classy and timeless. On top of that, they have great customer support. Will buy themes again and again.

The theme author is not very upfront about the request that I made. I sent a request on 21 April 2022, and followed up with the creator on 29 April 2022. However, there was no reply after that. Hence, I created a new ticket on 18 May. The creator replied with:
“Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
Regarding the issue you are having, I have escalated your ticket to the developer and he will get back with a solution. Kindly note that I can not give you an ETA as to when this will be but it should be soon.
If you have any other questions do not hesitate to reach out again.”
However, I did not hear anything for one month and enquire on 16 June 2022 for an update but I was ghosted after that. It was a shame as their support in the earlier years were prompt and efficient.

Really disappointed with this theme. I’ve used WordPress for years and never run into problems like I have with Werkstatt. The demo themes don’t even import. Yes, PHP configs are fine and nothing in the docs covers it. Feel as though I’ve wasted so much time with this theme. Tried getting a refund but not heard anything back. Will avoid FuelThemes from now. If you’re on the fence about buying this, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

One of the best WordPress themes if you are looking for a really good business theme. And the support is amazing and very fast. Strongly recommended.

This is the second theme I buy from fuelthemes and my experience has been exactly the same; customer support is so bad you’re better just trying to figure things out for yourself. I give them 3 stars because I do like their design and if what you need is exactly what they make the demo like then it’s a good product, nevertheless I’m frustrated that even simple things that take no more than a line of code their suggestion is to hire a developer. Good design but terrible support.

One of the best themes on Themeforest. A team that works to be perfect and better in every aspect. You get value for your money. I fully recommend it.
