This is a fantastic theme. Looks spiffy but not overcomplicated. The coding is great, easy to get in there to make desired tweaks without burning down the entire site. Support was speedy to respond to a question in less than 24 hours. The customizability is high end but what really shines thru is the customer support. Reliable and they always have a solution to any problem. I have never had such a great support from other developers. Flexkit Team and Alexander have been very fast at responding to my issues and questions. For this, they do definitely deserve the highest star for customer support and creativity. I strongly recommend. Keep up the good work guys.

I have many reasons to give this Author a 5-star rating. The theme is top quality and can be used for a smaller or bigger business, and even for blogging. Customer support is the best I have ever encountered. The Author replied within several hours to help me with my requests!

Hands down the best theme so far! I have been running two Shopify stores in two different countries using six different themes in the last six years; this is by far the best. It is smooth and responsive as a native app on mobile, lightning fast on desktop and tablet, and auto-updates mean you are future-proof to the latest tech and features without wasting time setting up again. I submitted a ticket for help with the theme. It has been over 1 week with no response. I don’t recommend this theme or support purchase. The theme (Venedor) is well designed although there are some inconsistencies with dynamic content which you will have to work around or use another dev to fix. The reason for that is because the support is simply not responding or ignoring their support tickets for days on end (in my case weeks and still unanswered). I can recommend the theme as a starting point but plan an external dev budget for it.

Venedor is one of the best modern themes you can find on the market that is easily customizable and looks great across all platforms.

Solid theme. Extremely flexible with many well thought out customisations. For changes that cannot be made through the editor, the support has been amazing to help implement. The theme strikes a balance between being feature rich and being relatively light weight. Would buy again.

Xu was extremely helpful and informative the entire time and the theme is also just so easy to use. Totally worth it!

Venedor is an excellent Shopify theme, with great features, easy to work with, and looks great. The customer support is terrific; Alexander is super-responsive to support requests. Highly recommended!

This theme is well built from a UX perspective and gives our store many great options for additional marketing and customization throughout the site. Additionally, the support has been fantastic.

The theme itself is amazing, really one of the best I’ve used. Comes with many styles to get you started right out of the box. Had a few questions about particular settings, emailed support and got an answer within an hour. Alexander is incredibly quick to answer and make changes to fix issues or help you out.

Definitely the best theme I have bought for my site. Aside from the design and overall feel so well made – documentation and support are topnotch. Cannot thank Alexander enough, who was always so quick to respond with all my inquiries and took the extra step to make changes for me directly on my site. Super happy I got this theme.

Far away the best theme I’ve ever seen for that price. Everything is great! And the support is always here to help me with every issue I have. I would buy this theme again even if it was double the actual price. A big thanks to them.

These guys are rocking! Customer support is superb, the theme is ideal for grabbing customers’ attention. It’s very customizable and has great documentation. If you’re looking for an already made theme, this is the one for you. It will save you money on buying external apps.
