The template is plagued with coding errors which crashed my WordPress install numerous times, leaving a complete WordPress install as the only way to recover. The template support team tried to fix the problem numerous times and was unsuccessful. After several attempts, their support team requested FTP access to my hosting. I decided that the coding errors demonstrated poor quality coding and were a sign of things to come in the future, so I requested a refund. After more than 2 weeks, the author of the template never responded to the request and discontinued all communications. I strongly recommend against doing business with this developer.

Can’t import demo content easily. Lot of bugs. I just spend my money in a bad theme.

At present after paying for support, many issues due to Astra theme damage. Still no solutions on anything.

Worst experience ever!

Very useless University Theme. The plugin could not download well and could not be installed on SiteGround WordPress. I want a refund. You are a bunch of scammers!

Look at the length of time it takes them to respond to comments. Every link on the documentation page for Homepage versions is broken, and they are a website development company. The support is “renew your support” in order to have questions answered. If you buy this theme, know there will be a lot of errors and little support.

Demo content of this theme does not install in any type of WordPress hosting; it always needs a higher server to install.

Great theme! Really great work, guys! Going to recommend.

It was not what I expected. There was little room for customization. At the end, I didn’t use it.

I love the design quality of this theme, as well as its functionality. It didn’t fit what I was looking for. However, I took it back to its original theme and used it to develop and sell single courses. Originally, I wanted to create plans, but it was not capable of doing that. I found another theme that would do that: LearnDash.

Full of coding errors, bad logic, and lack of optimization. Buy almost anything else. Violates the GPL. AVOID.

Constantly lied to about updates, deprecated code, zero support, stuck on php 7.4 which is way EOL, now losing rankings in a highly competitive demographic that has cost me thousands of dollars weekly.

This theme is no longer supported or in any shape or form good for you. Please do not buy. If the author reads this, please provide a patch to fix the visual editor for the latest php version. It is extremely cumbersome and my client is furious.

Never managed to get the theme to its full potential because of its bugs. Support had a difficult time trying to help me.

Great customer support, efficient design and features for events/classes.

The theme works fine, and the support is good!

Everything is perfect and fine in the theme. It works great, and the support is great. The only point is the documentation; it would be great to have some videos on how to set up some basic things.

Sorry, but that does not work for me. It is not even possible to transmit tickets without an active support code. That means there are bugs in the theme, and it is, for example, not compatible with WooCommerce and the German language. If you see it as a compatible and multi-language theme, don’t offer me to translate it by hand!

I’ve been working with this theme for almost a month now and I’m very satisfied with it. I only came up with one small issue, contacted support, and they were amazing helping me out. Latest update made it a little better. Still there are functions that are quite complicated in the setup. Child theme produces many errors, marketing site overrates functionality, support website is nigh impossible to login. Very disappointed. Nice design, it just sometimes errors on revolution slider homepage, like “Revolution Slider Error: Failed to load Stream”. Do not think twice about buying this theme. The University – Education, Event and Course Theme by Cactusthemes is great to work with and the support is 2nd to none. Keep up the great work.

Could be more flexible and customizable, but design quality is pretty good. Documentation is good as well.

I cannot get access to support. The support site does not accept any logins so can’t request help. This theme, while I like it, does not integrate with LMS as we thought it would. It doesn’t manage LMS but adds function alongside it. It doesn’t integrate with Event Espresso or manage LMS course details and does not run multiple dates in different locations. We were unable to determine any of this until we had installed the theme. We would like to be refunded for the theme, please. It is good but not for what we require.

This theme has not only a wonderful design, but also great flexibility.

Does not adopt the theme changes across all of the pages. Does not replace the front page picture when changing to a different nav style. Doesn’t use native LearnDash but imposes its own plugins, so now there are three locations for product info: LearnDash, WooCommerce, and University. Causes repeated session kick out requiring sign-in to WP every couple of seconds. Miserable theme.

Customer support is nearly impossible. Any place where you have to create a login just to ask about updating old third-party plugins is just asking for a terrible review. Some of these plugins have not been updated in months, leaving us in the dark. Please contemplate an easier way to give your users the needed updates and communicate to them more frequently.
