The templates are not as easily edited as the documentation suggests. When asking for customer support, the responses were not supportive and cold, simply referring me to provided pdf documentation. I was told to refer to the “clearly defined” instructions (the section has 1 sentence), and that if I wanted to edit just edit. This is not customer support. If it isn’t clear from the pdf documentation that is provided I would not be asking for help from customer support. So disappointed. I will be ditching this and moving on. I have wasted so much time and have gotten nothing accomplished but become more frustrated with this template. Everyone said customer support was great, but I do not see any sign of that.

Good theme! I recommend it! Simple and nice if you have many pictures to show!

Great theme.. very flexible and amazing support, quick and easy.. I will definitely buy it again.

Really hard to customize. I never made it to run the theme without any logo properly. In my view too much restrictions and “recommended” plugins. After some efforts I lost the interest in customizing the theme and stopped working on it despite the price.

This theme is easy to customize and looks extremely good and professional. The author answers questions quickly and offers simple solutions for problems. The only thing I miss is the option to embed videos in galleries, but since this is a photography-based theme, it still deserves a 5-star rating because it does that perfectly.

As a complete WordPress beginner, I found the support very helpful for website building. The theme is exactly what I was looking for as a photographer. You can easily customize certain codes in the CSS, but basic WordPress knowledge is necessary. It is fun to build your site with this theme. What I miss is a download function in the proofing gallery area, which would be ideal for my customers’ image selection. It would be great if this function is incorporated in the next update. Nevertheless, I have found the right theme for me.

Excellent theme. Amazing customer support. I would highly recommend this theme to anyone who needs a fullscreen background video with the flexibility of WP Bakery page builder.

I love this theme, simple and effective, as much as its author, very available and efficient. Very good work!

A robust theme, extremely fast, I have sites that display a loading time of 1.75 seconds. Very flexible. Good coding. Very well.

TopPic is perfect for a photographer or painter (as per my case) and support has been great, quick, and professional. Kotofey is skilled and kind. Thanks a lot and good luck with sales.

Can not change font in some parts of the theme. When contacting the author, just say CAN NOT change. When suggested making it in next updates, reply no.
This is the conversation:
Me: Font setting for the theme is a crucial part of any theme sells worldwide.
Author: My theme doesn’t include this option.
Me: If not, you have to point out in the description for non-English users.
Author: I didn’t write that my theme has this option which means that my theme doesn’t include this option. Isn’t it?
Me: Please put an option that allows users to select the font they want to use, be fair.
Author: You call me a liar?

I have been looking for the right theme for a long time – and recently stumbled across Toppic which has turned out just perfect for my needs. It has a fullscreen option for my photography without anything to obstruct the view. Multiple menu options are offered, but I chose the one that is tucked away at the top right keeping the main desktop clear for viewing. It’s a simple and clean interface that makes viewing my portfolio a pleasure. Performance is great and I am super happy to have this theme to showcase my photography.

Within 30 mins I had a fully functioning portfolio website. Great stuff!
