Great customer support on this theme. I had a few changes that I needed to make to the demo pages and the support team were really prompt in resolving the issues.

Design Quality, features, flexibility, documentation, and customer support are amazing! Extremely pleased with this theme.

Really good support, helped me a lot with some modifications. Easy, fast, and really good theme!

This theme is awesome, with a lot of possibilities. The customer support is fast and helpful. This is my second Select theme and I am really happy; they never disappoint.

Beautiful theme and generally well built, but users must be aware that it doesn’t support ‘WooCommerce Additional Variation Images.’ This means that if your store has color variations and multiple pictures per color, this theme won’t support it. For a lot of pro users, this is essential functionality, so it’s important to know before purchasing.

I have bought the Tonda theme 2 weeks ago and as this is the first time I am using WordPress in general, I had excellent support! It is a wonderful theme, very elegant and with the right photography, you can make wonders! Thank you to the support team who replied to my questions straight away and even provided me with hands-on coding! Thank you, Nicola & Vladimir! You are stars!

I asked many questions about the functionality, and the customer support helped me each time really carefully. I am quite satisfied with this theme.

Unable to import demo content, receiving error: “This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number.”

Unable to translate page phrases (I tried with Loco Translate, I tried with PoEdit). Support wrote me to edit the returns directly in the files, this solution does not work either.

You have not solved any problems! I have 3-4 problems, and the seller didn’t support! If you don’t know CSS, PHP, don’t sell this theme! You have to solve the theme’s bugs. Support is zero! If you want to get support, do not buy it!

Very beautiful and versatile theme, but not very easy to change according to your needs. Doesn’t look like it’s tested with many devices. Theme has problems with Safari, Macbook, Imac. Support is slow and not really helpful if you ask questions which are more specific. Other tickets are not answered since days. Several errors on the product page, pictures over product description, product description is since the last update full left. Great theme, easy to navigate and flexible with design.

Impossible to get theme updated without wp crashing. You sent me instructions on how to update the theme via FTP, but it doesn’t work and I probably don’t have enough knowledge to figure out why this happens. It’s ridiculous that you require paying customers to update the theme like this and not through the wp dashboard. The shopping cart has disappeared from the mobile header and my customers can’t shop in my online store. At the moment I can’t access the widgets at all because Wp reports a serious error. It’s a shame because the theme is otherwise beautiful, but the constant problems take so much time and for me as an entrepreneur it’s important that both the website and my online store work. Never had such problems with any theme.

This theme is updated once in a blue moon, now that we finally have a version which is compatible with WP 6.2… Fatal Error! It’s impossible to install it. Did it via ftp as suggested by the author, deactivated all cache plugins and downloaded the new themes files from scratch. I wasted a lot of time until I find the error: it’s in this file on line 8: themestondaframeworkmodulesblogshortcodesshortcodes-functions.php:8. I replaced this file with the old theme’s one and now the theme works. I am not a developer but fortunately I managed to solve the problem. Not all WP users would be able to fix errors and bugs in the theme by themselves, and this is not the only problem that this theme had since I installed it.

I continue to have issues with this theme crashing when trying to update. It takes my entire site down and I must pay for theme support that is not timely and so far has not solved my issue. The theme looks great but performance and support is lacking.
