This Theme is just great. It has so many possibilities to change things, and let the content just look great. Completely satisfied with my purchase. This template is perfect, an elegant design, many possibilities for customization and the customer support is very fast and helpful. I love the versatility of this theme for my online publication. The support team are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Amazing experience. The customer support was incredibly helpful with making sure everything was working as displayed on the Demo. I love this theme and the various layout options! The author is very responsive and helped me with a few hiccups. Highly recommend this if you want an upscale look to your website/blog.

There is no customer support, and the theme has not been updated since 2021. Buyers are asking for updates and more options, but there is no response. The price is excessive for a theme that could be in the top 10 if the authors would care about it. I would not buy any theme from Fuelthemes unless they lower the price and provide good support. No updates to this theme in over a year! This theme has been a complete nightmare—complicated and not as advertised. I have hired several WordPress experts to set this theme up, and they all couldn’t figure it out. Paying for support was a total waste of money. Customer support is not helpful, even for basic customization. Planning to switch to another theme soon.

I have requested a refund on this purchase. The theme is using deprecated functions and has a security vulnerability. If you want this for a real magazine site, do not buy. You will like it in the beginning, and after a while, you will be stuck with a huge issue. The number of image sizes the theme generates is insane, and no hosting is capable of hosting that number of files. You are generating in total 54 versions. No active support and updates. My site crashed because of this. It doesn’t support WordPress 8. No one helped. There have been no updates made to this theme in years. No support was received, although I paid for support. This is a good theme, but with a lack of support or updates, it leaves purchasers like me in a bind.

Rated 5* on customer support as they are quick to respond and helpful. Beautiful theme with great options to customise your site to ensure it’s unique. Customer support was efficient when my blog was down after some weird white screen situation, they managed to get me back up and running in no time.

It’s a solid theme with a lot of options and great customizability. It’s pretty perfect for all of the things I’m trying to showcase. Overall, very happy with the theme. Initially, there were some kinks but support helped me to figure them out. Our website looks great!

So many bugs, some unsolvable, messing everything with every update. Loved the design, but it makes it impossible to keep up with fixing everything. If you are not a web expert, it makes it difficult to keep up with everything that needs fixing. If you have to pay for support every six months, or pay a developer to keep things tidy, then I don’t know if it’s worth it to keep this theme anymore.
