This theme is good for beginners, but when it comes to making changes, you need to face that you have no ability to change default settings. For example, you have a mega menu, but only for WooCommerce categories links—you can’t insert any other links. You can add SALE and NEW links in the mega menu, but you can’t specify a custom URL for those links. This theme is good if you don’t have any knowledge (or don’t care) about SEO or UX and you just want to easily create a shop. By the way, I created a ticket in support more than 48 hours ago and I’m still waiting. My disappointment brought me here.

This theme is perfect for beginner (which I am) and seasoned pros (my son-in-law). We’re both impressed with the capabilities but I really appreciate the responsive and competent customer support.

I like the clean theme, the mega menu, and the centralized product search, but unfortunately, it feels like a theme that’s half complete. The mega menu won’t cascade to see all of your categories (it only looks at top-level ones), which makes it useless in my implementation. Also, the filter in categories when viewed on mobile could’ve been more effectively done. For this reason, I’m a little disappointed with this theme.

Customer support among many other things is what makes this a gold purchase worth more than its sold for. The hosting I used had outdated PHP which crashed WordPress, and the seller saved my site by staying online to bring it back, then updating everything and uploading this beautiful theme! They did much more than they should have, and for that, I am very grateful.

This is a buy for every collection for every possible reason!

Love the design and features of this theme but the performance is really bad as far as page load times. Disabled all non-bundled plugins and running on a modern dedicated server, disappointing with the performance means we cannot use at the moment, hopefully this will improve with updates.

I’ve been using this theme for over 3 years and during that time I kept getting negative customer feedback about an internal server error. I tried everything to solve this problem, and for 3 years each time it happened I had to go to the “permalinks” tab of WordPress and click on the validate button so that the error no longer appears. I decided to change the theme and realized that it was the Hanger that was causing this error. It made me lose too many sales, too many customers. Do not recommend this theme.

I paid $61 with the promise of HTML, CSS, and JS files but the theme does not include the said files. Support is also not available on this item, you have to pay some more. Stay away.

The theme is one of the best I’ve ever tried. Functional, suitable for high fashion e-commerce. The support was professional and fast. I think I have found the right one.

Bugs and theme not working as advertised. Difficult to customize simple elements. Customer support not available to make fixes. Would avoid. My clients are irritated with the timing so I figured I’d warn people ahead of time.

I contacted on Facebook to say that during this time I have acquired 2 getbowtied woocommerce themes (this one and The Retailer). The speed of both in Google Speed ​​is terrible. But the answer was: our themes weigh more because they have premium features. I already know that … What I am saying is that if I pay, it is to have everything. Not a slow paid woocommerce theme. It’s said that the theme is WPML compatible, however when it comes to mega button and mega menu – they don’t work. Contacted customer support two times – no help at all. Now I realize my customer support has expired but I don’t have mega button and mega menu fixed which is a real problem for me. Totally disappointed.
