I’ve been using Sway and am genuinely a fan of its simplicity and design. However, I’m facing challenges as Sway is not delivering the desired performance. It consistently presents issues with First Contentful Paint (FCP), with FCP exceeding 6 seconds, and encounters errors with Largest Contentful Paint (LCP).

I’ve been using it for about 2 years. Even after my support period ended, they took great care and forwarded custom code snippets when needed. We received good performance for SEO in many keywords. The design still hasn’t gotten old and I don’t see the need to change it.

Had issues getting theme features to work along with activation but the dev was super responsive so I’m changing our review from a 2 back to a 4. The theme itself is beautiful and blazing fast.

The theme does not work well on mobile phones. The pages get squeezed together into a very narrow frame and text is very hard to read. Cannot find a fix anywhere.

Bodgan gave me excellent support with my special questions about some customization. I also can highly recommend this theme. It has many modules and opportunities.

The template has got everything you need. The Customer Support is excellent. Keep on going like that and you would have a lot of satisfied customers.

I would definitely give 5 stars not just to customer support but also to design quality, customizability, code quality, flexibility, and more. Customer Support is truly excellent with this theme and the interface itself is very user-friendly; clean, organized, etc. This is the second theme I’ve purchased from Key-Design and I highly recommend it.
