This theme is the bomb and their support is second to none. Beyond its design and multiple functionalities, I highly recommend this theme to anyone looking to open a platform. We’ve got an abundance of functionality, a breathtaking design, and top-notch customer service. Of all the supports I’ve dealt with, this is by far the best. I hope I can convince you not to hesitate for a moment.

I use a lot of film and television themes, In comparison, this StreamVid theme is the best. The functions are very powerful in all aspects, and the internal design is very reasonable. Most importantly, the customer service support is the best of its kind. They will provide help and solutions to any problems as soon as possible.

After 1 month and a half of use, I just have to thank the creators, this theme is simply incredible. The ease of configuring it was what surprised me the most, including the checkout to convert payments. I had an increase in more than 200 subscribers on my platform within 20 days, this promoted my website organically. Thank you.

The theme’s design is quite good. I have some additional suggestions: 1. Need to have a viewing history function: save what the user has watched. If the user has membership, they need to know how many movies they have watched and what TV shows they have watched. 2. In TV shows, you can watch a limited number of first episodes for free and the following episodes require membership registration. 3. The comment section is not user-friendly. Suggest: integration with https://wpdiscuz.com/ 4. Develop more PWA (Progressive Web App).

After a month of implementing this theme and asking all types of questions to get me going, their support team is A1! Responding promptly, having solutions, and even providing a helping hand to ensure certain functions are working correctly. They even added an Order By function to the theme that I mentioned to them! The Order By function is just for the number of comments on each video right now, but I hope an Order By rating comes soon enough as that would be the best option for me and my team at this point. Right now, the ratings on the theme don’t really mean anything. But, in any event, thanks JWSThemes!

I started out with a 2-star rating due to lack of features and a complex setup process. After getting professional support, I can now give this a solid 4-star rating. There are still some small issues, and the theme is still complex to set up with big files that need to be downloaded and imported. Overall, the theme is very professional looking and makes similar themes look old and outdated. Once you get past the initial setup, it becomes easier to use, and the built-in widgets for Elementor make it smooth to make pages. The support I got was more than professional, and I was able to suggest a few improvements that they promised they would look into. I will definitely look forward to future updates and added features.

Really liking the design of the theme. The support has been great at this point, needed help adjusting things on my page, and they logged in and adjusted it themselves.
